Villa vacation rentals in Province of Ogliastra

Schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Antonio war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat jeden Morgen den Pool gereinigt. Der Garten war perfekt für unseren Dackel. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Location molto carina con una posizione straordinaria, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Porto Frailis da un piccolo parco in cui i bambini possono giocare spensierati e vicino a ristoranti pizzerie ottime!

Logements propres, agréables et tout a fait adéquats pour un groupe de7/8 personnes. Cependant le balcon du 1er étage est peu agréable à cause du filet du sol au plafond. Dommage. Manque d' équipements culinaires. Mais les propriétaires sont très accueillants et au service de la clientèle. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Wir haben uns in Antonios Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sowohl die Innenräume als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön. Die kleine Dachterrasse ist wunderbar zum Sterne anschauen und auf der unteren Terrasse kann man wunderbar draußen essen und sitzt fast unter Palmen. Antonio ist ein toller Gastgeber, er hat uns frisches Gemüse, Obst, Wein und Honig vorbeigebracht. In der Hauptsaison fahren leider ziemlich viele Autos auf der Straße (Schotterstraße), was etwas nervig ist und auch staubt, wenn es trocken ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, die kleine Fleischerei/Imbiss/Minimarkt am Ende der Straße ist sehr gut. Für Ausflüge empfehle ich ein Auto.

Mario’s place was peaceful and comfortable. The grounds were filled with beautiful olive trees and flowers. The beach is within walking distance and is so clean and pretty. Looking forward to returning already!

La più bella vacanza che abbiamo mai fatto! La casa è stupenda, fornita di tutti i comfort: non le manca proprio nulla. Esternamente ha un patio meraviglioso (dove abbiamo fatto delle colazioni e delle cene bellissime) ed un bellissimo agrumeto con centinaia di aranci. La casa è circondata da alberi, piante da frutto ed oleandri, è silenziosa, ed in una posizione tranquilla di Muravera, ma allo stesso tempo a piedi è vicina a tutti i servizi del paese (supermercati, negozi, bar etc). Muravera è posizionata in un ottimo punto, essendo servita da strade ad alto scorrimento: in poco tempo si possono raggiungono le più belle spiagge del sud est della Sardegna (Costa Rei, Murtas, Feraxi, Cala Pira, Santa Giusta), così come vari punti di interesse posizionati nell'entroterra. Infine, non scontato, un grosso grazie ai proprietari: mai invadenti e sempre pronti in caso di bisogno! Ci hanno fornito mille consigli sul come trascorrere una bellissima vacanza. Sicuramente ci ritornerneremo.

We had a lovely few days staying at this secluded and characterful house situated on a hillside with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Oliena is walkable from the accommodation and there are some beautiful and challenging walks to do in the area. The Sardinian culture is very much alive here and we enjoyed exploring the local cuisine and culture. A very enjoyable few days.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein freistehendes Haus direkt gegenüber des Perdepera-Resorts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, von den abendlichen Aktivitäten des Resorts hört man wenig bis gar nichts. Vom Haus aus sind es zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten bis zu einem sehr schönen Strand mit weißem Sand. Das Haus war für uns ideal: drei Zimmer, zwei mit Doppelbetten und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, zwei Bäder (eines davon en-suite mit einem der Schlafzimmer), davon eines mit Dusche und das andere Bad mit Badewanne. Küche/Ess- und Wohnzimmer hatten alles an Ausrüstung, was wir für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes benötigten. Wir fanden zum Beispiel auch Schwimmflossen und Taucherbrille, was unsere Tochter mit Begeisterung genutzt hat. Die Betten waren bequem, die Unterkunft sauber. Es hat uns gut gefallen, und Alessandro war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Was a great stay for a week, the host Donatella and Francesco were super friendly. The house is amazing and was perfect for our group of four people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had a crazy amount of amenities even a sandwich grill. Definitely a recommendation.

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. An ideal host and a stunning home with magical views of the ocean and the bucolic Sardinian countryside, only a few blocks away from a private local beach. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

A little gem away from the tourist crowds…. This is a lovely, rural house, tastefully renovated just a few km from the small village of Olia Speciosa. The ground floor offers a very well equipped kitchen & dining area, with a large, partly closed (top-to-down glass is easily removable and can be completely open in summer) terrace which offers a beautiful view over the garden. There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor and another one in an annexe (on the back of the house with a separate entry and it’s own on suite shower & toilet). All spaces are air conditioned, TV and high speed internet are also available as well as a large bbq in the garden. This is a wonderful place for people who enjoy staying a little away from the noise and tourist crowds yet close enough to the beach (there a plenty of nice beaches just 10km from the house). We loved the calmness and tranquility and our children enjoyed playing in the garden.

Very charming villa with a great host and perfect hospitality. Lovely fresh swimming pool. As we were with 2 persons, the lack of a second full bathroom ( in the house) was a minor detail. I would definitely recommand this villa.

Wunderschöne Strandvilla, die eine perfekte Mischung aus altem Charme und modernen Annehmlichkeiten bietet. Die Lage könnte nicht traumhafter sein! Die beiden Hosts waren sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. 10 Sterne 🤩

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house from the very first moment. The location is simply stunning – right on the beach, with breathtaking views and the perfect atmosphere to truly relax and unwind. Manuel was a fantastic host: incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. Communication was always warm and easy – we felt very well taken care of. The house itself is thoughtfully designed and radiates a special sense of peace. It truly felt like a home away from home – set in a paradise-like environment. We rarely feel this comfortable and honestly didn’t want to leave. A wholehearted recommendation – we would love to come back!

we waren met 3 stelletjes en een baby, alle voorzieningen waren er. Er zijn op de locatie 3 appartementen die afzonderlijk afgesloten kunnen worden, dus voldoende privacy. het strand is heel dichtbij en de omgeving is fantastisch. we hadden wat moeite met het scheiden van het afval maar dat is allemaal goed gekomen. fantastische tijd gehad

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage nahezu direkt am langen und wunderschönen Strand und unmittelbar an der Lagune. 15 Minuten fußläufig gibt es ein tolles Strandcafe. Den schönen Garten und Pool haben wir wegen unserer Vorliebe zum Strand eigentlich nur zum gemeinsamen Frühstück genutzt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als Gruppe von 5 Frauen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Pina. Pina nous a tres bien accueilli et la communication fut facile. Maison nickel, plage et piscine au top. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison . La vue et l’emplacement sont parfait , au calme . La piscine est top et très apprécié surtout avec le beau temps qu’on a eu . Il manquerait peut être deux transats supplémentaires , car il n’y en a que deux sur place . Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour , Manuela est très sympathique et réactive pour toutes questions et demandes . La literie est confortable . Nous reviendrons 😀

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto bella alla Casa da Maurizio! L'alloggio è davvero fantastico e molto ben tenuto. Era sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi domanda e aveva ottimi consigli per la zona circostante! La comunicazione è stata sempre veloce e molto cordiale. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem Paradies von Silvana und Luciano verbracht. Beide Gastgeber sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung sind viele schöne Strände, welche mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind, aber auch ein traumhaftes Pool mit kristallklarem Wasser steht den Gästen bei der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Es ist uns schwer gefallen, diese mit viel Liebe kreierte Oase wieder zu verlassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles an Silvana und Luciano

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Sardinien in der süßen und gemütlichen Unterkunft von Sara. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und die Größe war für uns völlig ausreichend. Für mehr als 5 Erwachsene würden wir es jedoch nicht empfehlen, da es auf Dauer zu eng werden könnte. Das Haus war gut eingerichtet, die Küche vollständig ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Zum Haus gehörte ein wunderschöner Pool, eine praktische Außendusche und eine kleine Kinderecke, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Zu unserer Zeit gab es eine Katze mit 2 Kitten auf dem Grundstück, die wir regelmäßig versorgt haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn diese weiterhin versorgt werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir eine sehr flexible Check in Zeit hatten und somit schon vorher in das Haus durften. Sara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden nochmal kommen!
