We had a great 3 weeks at Marco's house. The house is very nice, a small garden with dining table allows you to eat outside in the shade when it is not too hot. Parking is available nearby. Marco is very friendly and very responsive if needed or to answer questions. The neighborhood is quiet. If you like cats, you will be won over by a white cat who enjoys coming into the garden to ask for caresses… the large beaches are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Everything was very clean. Well-equipped apartment with everything you need. You could walk to the beach and restaurants. Giorgio was very friendly. A place to go back to. ❤️

Great place with an amazing view of the sea! Walkable and quiet area with a local feeling. Some things (utensils, cutlery, shower, etc.) could use an upgrade but it is still a great place to stay. The host was very responsive and friendly (they replaced our broken coffee machine in 30 min!). Happy with the stay, would return.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

Cozy house, clean and complete with all the comforts, very close to the sea (five minutes walk). Mrs. Loredana was always helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Lovely clean place, quiet, very close to a beautiful and still uncrowded beach. The hosts are very kind and super helpful. Top to have the market with fish caught twice a week and the barbecue in the garden. The only problem, if I can afford it, is that it takes little internet throughout the area.

Responsive and accurate hosts, great apartment for spending holidays, reserved and quiet but in a strategic position to be able to move quickly. Air-conditioned, you sleep well. Quiet place away from the chaos, easy to reach, close to the north-south state road that allows you to explore the countless beaches of the area even more comfortably and located in a town equipped with everything, including a gluten free pizzeria. Spacious and well-structured accommodation, convenient for the town's amenities. the accommodation is complete with garden, air-conditioned living room, kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. large interior spaces.

We loved our staying very much. The house is simple, but there was everything we needed. It is peaceful place, closed to the beach. Angela is very nice and helpful, if you have any problem.

We immediately felt like home. Stefano was always available and asked us during our stay if everything was good. The property is gorgeous and very well equipped. The location is perfect for excursions. We had a really nice time here. If we fly to Sardinia again, we will definitely come back.

Great experience at the house of Elena and the friend Francesca who manages check-in/out. Communication was perfect since booking and the house was perfect for 4 people and our dog. The perfect location to reach the beautiful beaches of the area with the stains. On foot you can reach Porto Frailis. Very nice even if you populate early. Basaura our favorite. Infinite spaces and tranquility. I can only recommend Elena's home that exactly meets expectations. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem. The rooms on the first floor are very airy. Very nicely located in the middle of Taunaunella with a beautiful garden and a great view from the balcony. The apartment itself is well equipped and perfect for families. Within a radius of about 20 km, there are many beautiful beaches and several supermarkets are available in Budoni (about 3 km) Francesco as a host is a super host... Always available, proactive and super helpful. We can only recommend the house.

You could not ask for a more helpful host. We arrived late following delays with our flight and the satnav struggled but Fabio was immediately responsive to any queries and helped us find our way. When we arrived there was a wonderful array of goodies on the breakfast table for us to enjoy. Fabio provided us with restaurant recommendations and even booked a restaurant for our first evening which was really appreciated. We were sent suggestions for what we could do in the area and all in all had a wonderful time. The swimming pool was fantastic and we were just walking distance from the sea which was crystal clear. Fabio is a truly excellent host.
