From January 2025, the Municipality of Baunei requires the payment of a tourist tax at check-in: 1€ per day, per person, for a maximum of 7 days.

The recent renovation was carried out by applying the architectural principles of the ancient Baunian houses and with the use of traditional materials: the terracotta, the wooden beams, the juniper and the wrought iron that permeate the house of an ancient charm.
