My house is located 50 m from the ancient Saracen tower that overlooks the crystal clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away there is a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shops , ATM and beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for some tranquility , solo adventurers who love nature , business travelers and families (with children). The house is also a ten-minute drive from Baunei for those who want to practice climbing and hiking in the beautiful mountains .

Casa Gemma, located on the hill 1 km from the sea and the village, is a pretty prefabricated villa with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Arbatax. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room-kitchen with dishwasher, a small outdoor bathroom with washing machine, outdoor shower and terrace. It has air conditioning, wifi, and mosquito nets. Not suitable for infants under the age of 2. Guest details are required to be sent at the time of booking, penalty of cancellation.

Licenza IUN Q0755 Ampio Trilocale Si trova alla stessa distanza da quasi tutti i luoghi da visitare sia a Sud che a Nord. La casa è spaziosa e ben organizzata. mobili sono nuovi e in ottime condizioni. Ci sono zanzariere e persiane in ogni finestra. Si può facilmente parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile e godere delle terrazze. L'alloggio è ben posizionato: a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e a 15 minuti dalle montagne Si trova in una comoda strada privata, quindi è tranquillo, giorno e notte.
