Central location which was walkable to transport and sights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Looks like newly refurbished and very well maintained. Loved that basic cooking essentials (oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar) had been provided in the kitchen and snacks (toastada , spreads, jams and banana) and plenty bottled water supplied. The apartment is a ground floor 2 bedroom flat with windows looking into courtyards, so is dark as there is little natural light - but more than adequate with lights on. There is a small balcony overlooking into a back patio area below. Great value given the location and size. Francesco is super friendly and helpful, very responsive communication, and allowed us to leave our bags after check out so we could go have breakfast first (it was raining so was nice not to have to lug luggage around the streets).

The house is in a great location close to the sea, easily accessible on foot. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. Antonella is a helpful and kind person. We were happy with the stay so I think we'll be back.

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

The location of the apartment is good for a quiet vacation. By car you can quickly get to the beaches or go shopping. The kitchen is well equipped.

Mrs. Marinella immediately made us feel at home. Available and very kind as a person. Very nice tourist resort, apartment close to both the beach and the activities where you can both eat and shop. We will definitely be back and I gladly recommend it.

We loved staying in this apartment, it was nice and clean, had a giant window, air conditioning. Several coffee shops close by. Easy to get on bus to go downtown. Apartment just 1 block off beautiful beach

Flawless apartment, even better in person than in the pictures. Very clean and well-equipped! Good location for going to the beach. Possible to do on foot Francesca is exceptional, very attentive to us, very generous she gave us a great welcome as well as an exceptional stay… very human, really amazing. This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Enrico's place is quiet, but super central, so all the sights etc are in walking distance. The apartment was super clean and looked just like the pictures from the ad. Enrico welcomed us personally, showed us around and even had some sardinian treats and wine ready when we arrived 🤩 he was easy to reach for any questions and suggestions also after that. We'll be staying here again, if we return to Cagliari!

The house is really very nice and the patio with the terrace opens to the sea giving an enchanting view for the show of the different colors of water at various times of the day and the magic of the sunset and the moon! The house both inside and outside, despite the signs of the passage of time, maintains a sought-after charm and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Carlotta, whom we thank again, is a very helpful and affable host who has supported us before and during the holiday to the best of her possibilities. The beauty of the place helped to bear the absence of air conditioning and Carlotta's kindness made us overcome the inconvenience of the very uncomfortable access staircase for luggage and travel: Carlotta personally helped us with our suitcases at check-out and we asked her to highlight in the listing with description and photos the ramps of access stairs. A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

Great location, able to walk everywhere and spacious. Ideal for exploring the city and eveything was as described. Matteo was very helpful at check in and Laura was always available and very attentive to any questions and great communication. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely clean accommodation. Everything was available to prepare breakfast or dinner. The gas stove and large shower are positive. There were also plenty of parking spaces as well as a few small supermarkets which were within walking distance. Alessandro was very helpful and had great tips for the area. Highly recommend. We had a really nice stay with Simonetta. The flat is exactly like on the pictures, containing everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area itself is very calm. Simonetta was always very helpful and answered our questions immediately. We would love to come again!

We spent two very nice holiday weeks. An air conditioner issue was promptly resolved by the service technician the next day (a Sunday). The equipment of the apartment is rather simple but everything necessary is available. There are bus connections from Birgalavo to Budoni, but we would definitely recommend a rental car to shop or visit the very beautiful beaches in the area or for other activities, such as boat tours. The beautiful large pool and restaurant "Agriturismo Lu Stillicioni" were real enrichments. We are planning to come back.

A very successful stay! Very quiet place, comfortable equipment, very clean, pleasant communication with Marcantonio. A wonderful place, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Clean and well-maintained pool. Superb beach indicated by Marcantonio. Responding to checkout: we were allowed to stay a little longer but we had another rental to follow. Thanks for the wine and homemade olive oil.
