Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Ogliastra

I spent one night here as part of a bike trip around Sardinia and I am grateful I stayed with Alessandro. He was warm, communicative and just charming overall and was helpful with getting me checked in right away and providing some recommendations for my stay. I was grateful that his English was better than my Italian, which made for an easy stay as well. The apartment complex is close to the centre of town and to the beach with a view of the ocean and pier from the patio. The unit itself is cosy but big enough to not feel cramped and was impeccably clean. There is a large closet/storage room for luggage that makes the unit feel bigger and was perfect for my bike. The WiFi was good and the bed was comfy. I didn't get to experience much of the town as I was just passing through but did have some excellent pizza and it was quaint and friendly.

Everything as described, very spacious and clean. The system is very nice and also well located. We enjoyed the place and the associated beach. From there you can also reach many other great beaches e.g. Berchida or the Golfo d‘Orosei.

Great location set in a beautiful, well maintained garden with Pool (which is still closed at the moment before the season). 10min drive to Iglesias city centre and supermarkets, 25min to Nebida. Be sure to visit the impressive Grotte di S. Giovanni, 10min from the accommodation! We loved the archways around the house, which have some nice shade in the warm days.

We spent 5 wonderful days here. The place is just as in pictures, just gorgeous. The pool is very nicely laid out and warm, we used it every morning and evening. During the day you can reach very beautiful beaches from the property in a few minutes. The recommended restaurant is also recommended and only a few minutes away. Daniele and his wife are really extremely friendly hosts, always provided us with tips and also immediately provided an alternative with our small car problem. The fruit and vegetables from the garden, the jam and the toys for our daughter were still the icing on the cake. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time at Nicolo’s place. The apartment is very clean and tidy, situated in a calm neighborhood. It has a beautiful terrace that we enjoyed immensely. The location is just 10-15 minutes from the sea, and the walk is very pleasant with great views of flamingos. Nicolo was always ready to help and offer advice. I highly recommend this lovely place.

We had a great stay at Matteo’s place! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and the location was very central. Matteo was super helpful as well, giving us tips on what to see. We would definitely come back!

Initially a little discouraged by other people's reviews, we had a good time and we also had the opportunity to light the fire and heat the rooms with a special heater fan (being mid-February..!), beyond the heat pump. The house is beautiful large, the area is very quiet, pay attention to the road that Gmaps indicates: I RECOMMEND taking Viale Don Bosco and then continue ON VIA CASTANGIAS, you will take a barely longer but more comfortable and safe road, especially if you have large cars or campers.

We had a great time at Giuseppe's. In addition to Giuseppe's exemplary welcome, we were delighted by the smell of orange blossom that floated in the air (the house is located on an orange and lemon farm). The white villa lived up to our expectations. The small covered terrace is ideal for enjoying the BBQ. Very well located for exploring the area, we enjoyed this wild and beautiful nature, between the red mountains, the gorges/chasms, but also the beaches with turquoise waters in the preserved coves. A real treat for the senses (it really is a feast for the eyes!). Ideally located for shopping and small restaurants that can be discovered on foot after a beautiful day of hiking. In short, we loved our stay at Giuseppe's. Thanks again for hosting us and special mention for the oranges and fresh lemons that we enjoyed at breakfast! Looking forward to coming back ;-)

One thing to know is that there are no windows! Otherwise a wonderful small home.

Great solution for two families with children. We had a good time: quiet area, convenient parking, spacious and well-maintained outdoor spaces, house cleanliness.

Beautiful view with sunrise if you're an early riser! The house is perfectly equipped, just like home! The pool is lovely when it's hot! Anna and Elisabeta are very welcoming, available and responsive We had a pleasant stay with the family!

Antonello is an amazing host. He is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a great stay at the villa, it was very clean, well equipped house with well kept grounds. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. Each bedroom had an en-suite, if anything I think the villa is better in person than in the pictures. It’s a great location to get into Cagliari but also not be right in the city and not far from the beach. We had a a great stay with a mix of relaxing at the pool, touring around the city and going to the beach. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Antonello.
