Condo vacation rentals in Province of Massa and Carrara

Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

Clean, tidy apartment with everything you need, from products in the bathroom, to the kitchen and this has pleasantly surprised us because it is not everyone's attention. In a good location to go to the station. Being in a condominium context, you can hear the voices of the neighbors.

We loved our stay in Riomaggiore! Giacomo and his mother run this adorable little apartment, and it is the perfect place to stay while experiencing the magic of Cinque Terra. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking and with a good sized fridge. The bathroom as was very clean and the beds comfortable. The apartment is higher up in the town so you are not directly over the bars and restaurants. If you are lucky enough, you may wake up to some Italian opera played by the man with the flower stand just below the bedroom windows. It is a short walk to the gorgeous waterline for EPIC sunset viewing. Giacomo is extremely polite and a great communicator. He arranged a parking spot for us and also helped carry our bags! That was a first in Italy and recieves 5 stars from these two ladies! My best friend of 50 years and I visited here 23 years ago. It was nice to revisit and this cute little appartment was the perfect launch pad.

Passing through the Cinque Terre, we took this listing in La Spezia. Extremely well located, 5 min walk to the train station, we were able to get around very easily. The accommodation was true to the descriptions and very clean. But what makes this Airbnb AMAZING is the host. Indeed, Mariela is a very welcoming person who immediately put us at ease. She knows the area well and gave us recommendations to visit that we loved. Thanks to her, we were able to see Porto Venere which was beautiful. Always a kind word and with a touch of humor, we feel that Mariela is a very warm and accommodating person. We recommend it ++

It’s a great location. Not too far from the train station, right in the centre of town. One set of steep narrow stairs to get up to the room. The place itself has everything you need. It’s a bit noisy in the morning and evening.

We had a great stay at Dora's place. She let us check in early which was a lifesaver. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the closest train station. Good grocery stores within walking distance too. Can be a little loud due to location to the trains however the windows are good at blocking out sound so this wasn't a massive issue. Good amenities to cook and do laundry if needed too. You share the apartment with another room so your experience may vary depending on who you share it with. We were lucky and had no issues.

very satisfied with the location, the apartment, but be careful there is only one bedroom with a double bed , no other sleeping options - the village being located on the walls of the mountains, it is sloping, and there are many stairs to climb, but it is perfect, and above all very quiet, no cars! you can easily move from one village to another either by boat or with the train, or with its legs for athletes, beautiful area, the Italians are very welcoming, good food! perfectly satisfied with my stay

This flat was the perfect place to stay in Riomaggiore, with restaurants, shops and the station all easily accessible, loved it and if I come to the region again will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Lovely and cosy apartment, well equipped, only 5 min from the train station. Restaurants and supermarkets are also 3 minutes away. Claudio and Veronica are replying fastly to the messages and were welcoming and providing lots of information. Thank you, I really felt like I was at home. 😊

We loved our time at Michele's place. The location is amazing, beautiful views of the sea and great location to walk to the main shopping and restaurant street. We will definitely stay here again!

Dario is a great host! Very kind and predisposed. The apartment is really nice and big. Super comfortable. Also, it has everything to cook and eat there, including food supplies. Whenever you choose to be outside the ZTL, I highly recommend her apartment. I would definitely come back!

Modern, with an amazing view and well equipped. Something out of their control is that the road to the house is quite narrow, so might be challenging for the driver if it has a large car.

A few days but good, too bad the last day with bad weather. Alessandro is an exquisite person, friendly and always available for anything. What can I say about the property? BEAUTIFUL. From the small but effective apartment with everything you need, to then go to the garden with barbecue and bersò with a wonderful view, finally the gem, the pool, beautiful with super view. Really nice and relaxing weekend, living in Parma it is also convenient for me. I'll definitely be back, thank you so much for everything Alessandro. Best regards.

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

We had some great days there. Breakfast and dinner at Casa Turchetti were great! The place is worth a trip to enjoy a few days of relaxation and tranquility. Always happy to come back!

She and her family are so welcoming, available, attentive, full of good advice and Allan cooks very well! the apartment is perfect. peaceful place close to beautiful places to visit. Ivana knows how to advise. It's very rare to find a host who speaks 3 languages like her. I don't know when yet but we'll probably be back someday.
