Lorrein is an amazing host. She is very responsive and professional. There are many small touches in the house to welcome the guests. The place is full of character and a good represntive of the local vibe. Definitely recommend.

The place was as described and very clean. Quiet area with all amenities nearby.

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper, etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room well equipped. But what would also be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. Thank you Deborah.

Monica’s place is amazing! It’s a little slice of heaven. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the home was beautifully decorated. The sunsets from the balcony are stunning! Monica and Andrea were extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cinque Terre.

Great place to stay, Great location and hosts

The accommodation offered by Alessio is faithful to the listing: clean and practical, close to the train station (7-minute walk), close to the port (10-minute walk) and located in a lively pedestrian street (shops, restaurants, etc.) without being too noisy because it is on the 2nd floor. We found the perfect location! It's very easy to communicate with Alessio, we recommend it!!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect. Note for everyone though to pack light in these regions. There are LOTS of stairs. Catherine and her team were amazing. The instructions to find the home and to get access couldn’t have been clearer. They constantly checked in during our stay. Such a beautiful part of Italy. So glad we came.

Giulia is an impeccable host. Very helpful and full of advice. Her home is extremely welcoming. It has an outdoor environment where you can eat and cook. The services fully meet the needs of two couples. Everything is very comfortable. There are two supermarkets nearby. With bus no. 3 or by train you can easily reach the central station from which you can reach the Cinque Terre.

Luca's apartment is in a very good location, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station while being in a nice neighborhood near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and the sofa are perfect. The living room is small but we were never there during the day. Ideal for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

Adriana is a lady... courteous and very helpful. The building is incredible....the first Art Nouveau building in La Spezia. Apartment had great attention to detail : it was the top floor...but don't worry there is a very authentic lift. Our balcony afforded incredible views over La Spezia. It is approx 10min walk from station , from which you can travel alllll over

Welcoming, explanations, advice, and availability as old friends. We were unable to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the location of the apartment due to our lack of time, but only the accommodation and location are worth the vacation. this is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore the area, we took the train to Cinque Terre and it was so close and easy! the apartment is clean and has everything you might need to make a meal, do some laundry or relax after a big day of exploring! Dario was great to meet and gave us good advice on how to get around. The patio is also lovely.

Incredible hosts. I had to cancel my stay after 1 night for personal reasons and Christiana was so gracious and helpful, even giving us her contact info in case we needed more help later. The place is small but extremely clean and functional with all basic necessities provided and everything you need. Bed is extremely comfy. Location is right in the middle of town with an amazing viewpoint a 1 min walk away. Only one flight of stairs to get in. No view as the listing states but if you will be out exploring a lot this would 100% be the best place for a home base. Incredible value for money since in addition to the affordable price Christiana can get you discounted train and trekking cards, offers a discount at her restaurant, and the included breakfast is generous and delicious! Beautiful apartment, great balcony with sea view

Thanks again to Fulvio for the quality of his welcome and his many tips about the neighborhood. The apartment is very well-equipped, very clean and really very well located. It is close to the train station, buses, a supermarket and small local restaurants. Very easy access to Cinque Terre. We also visited the quarries of Carrare and Porto Venere. Perfect stay

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

A few days but good, too bad the last day with bad weather. Alessandro is an exquisite person, friendly and always available for anything. What can I say about the property? BEAUTIFUL. From the small but effective apartment with everything you need, to then go to the garden with barbecue and bersò with a wonderful view, finally the gem, the pool, beautiful with super view. Really nice and relaxing weekend, living in Parma it is also convenient for me. I'll definitely be back, thank you so much for everything Alessandro. Best regards.

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

We had some great days there. Breakfast and dinner at Casa Turchetti were great! The place is worth a trip to enjoy a few days of relaxation and tranquility. Always happy to come back!

We spent five nights at Assunta's. The house immerses you directly in the Italian atmosphere, it is very atypical and pleasant. We were 5 adults and 2 babies aged 1 and 2 and were very comfortable in this large house. Assunta and her son are available and very responsive. The train station is only 7 minutes by car (free parking) to get to the central station in La Spezia then 15 minutes by train to the Cinque Terre which is great and fast. Regarding the equipment of the house, it would just be missing a sofa and a microwave, otherwise it is very well-equipped. I thank Assunta and her son for this wonderful stay.
