Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Massa and Carrara

I had a great time: small characteristic and very quiet village; the accommodation is really comfortable, well heated, it feels like home and Mrs. Piera is very friendly and helpful.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends. Dear Massimo, I thank you and your family from the bottom of my heart for everything, best regards and see you soon! :)

We had an unbelievable visit to Riomaggiore and Cinque Terre! Our daughter studying in Florence was able to join us for a night. We enjoyed a bottle of wine each night at sunset and the view are absolutely amazing. The bed is super comfortable and the bed my daughter slept in was super comfortable as well. We enjoyed all the steps and treks and were rewarded with excellent restaurants all close by. Definitely purchase the train pass to allow easy village hopping on the local train. I strongly recommend Cristina’s place. Absolutely perfect!

We had a great stay at Roberta's place! She was super friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cozy, with good private parking. Our dog loved it too! The homemade olive oil she makes was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

Nice reception, showed us everything right away. Beautiful area where you are very quickly in the nearest places such as La Spezia or Lerici.

We had a great time. Tim's house is in a great location for discovering this area. The house is spacious, very pleasant with its large very bright living room and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful, well maintained and offers a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are quiet. We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than in the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. We also got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back!

You open the gate to the property and think you've landed in paradise. We spent a fantastic two weeks in this dream house. The view of the bay and the village are amazing. The pool is huge and everything was well maintained. Valentina & Jacopo are very warm hosts with great tips who take great care of their guests. They came by often and cleaned the pool, mowed the lawn, etc. The house is super nicely decorated and you feel very comfortable there. The only thing I would have found great would be fly screens, so you can open the windows at night without being bitten, but that's really all. So, complaining at a very high level ;). The village of Monte Marcello is super nice and idyllically located, with a great view. From there we made excursions to Pisa, Florence, Lerici, La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, etc. To sum it up: It was a dream!!!

Beautiful place and well connected to the city by bus or short "hiking trail." Communication via the app, on site it was hands and feet, but everything super sweet and accommodating! We even got a bigger apartment at no extra charge because of little operation! The oranges from the garden were super delicious! I imagine it's even more beautiful in summer!

A perfect location to explore the local area. well equipped with everything you may need. Nearest Carrefour is 10 mins walk. Some steps are avoidable by wheeling up the road from train station. Lots of toys and games for young children and some English books to for both adults and children. Good selection of oil and seasoning and water with some toiletries for the first night. Communication was good when there was an issue with check in and help was provided. Very quiet area away. Lovely private outdoor space. Thank you

We had a great stay at Dora's place. She let us check in early which was a lifesaver. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the closest train station. Good grocery stores within walking distance too. Can be a little loud due to location to the trains however the windows are good at blocking out sound so this wasn't a massive issue. Good amenities to cook and do laundry if needed too. You share the apartment with another room so your experience may vary depending on who you share it with. We were lucky and had no issues.

We had a really good time! Very clean house, with a nice garden very pleasant to live in. You can get around comfortably both by car and on foot, easily reaching the sea and the town. The highlight, however, was the extreme kindness of Emma and her mother, always available, smiling, with whom it is very pleasant to have a chat. They made us feel truly at home, welcomed and well wanted. Thank you for everything!

We arrived with so much enthusiasm and Samuele, the host, always present and communicative by phone, gave us directions and suggestions from arrival until the end of our stay. Really nice villa, also the place is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful greenery, relaxing and ideal for large families or 4 couples as we were. We had a great time and honestly great availability from the very friendly host. It's not easy to find people who are so kind and attentive to guests' needs. I highly recommend this property considering the very central location to reach many beautiful places.

Most amazing stay! So beautiful

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Marco’s place is amazing. It’s located close to the station and walkable to the marina. Marco is super helpful as well and let us know that the day after place might be closed due to a storm warning so we should stock up on any essentials. Would definitely recommend his place.
