We had a great time. Tim's house is in a great location for discovering this area. The house is spacious, very pleasant with its large very bright living room and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful, well maintained and offers a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are quiet. We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than in the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. We also got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back!

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

Truly beautiful house with a view that really leaves you breathless, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail to ensure a perfect stay. Not to mention Agnese, who is really kind and super helpful with anything.

We had a wonderful stay at Francesco's place in Carrara. We particularly liked the large garden and the quiet location. We were able to walk to the beach within 20 minutes without any problems. The rooms are all nicely furnished and can accommodate 4 people. Communication went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

We were with a family of five in Alessia's beautiful house and made numerous excursions to the near and far surroundings. The house offered an extremely pleasant retreat from all the hustle and bustle, for example, in the Cinque Terre. It is not a normal vacation home, but the private home of Alessia and her husband and is full of loving memories of the numerous trips they have taken. A really cozy place where you feel very comfortable! In addition, Alessia is a very attentive host who is always available.

Beautiful accommodation, very clean, very pleasant, we could have stayed there indefinitely, Paolo and Erica were very welcoming and organized so that we could understand each other, not speaking the same language. A truly magical stay, we recommend it +++

We were looking for a quiet place and close to everything. The place is beautiful and everything is accessible. The house is peaceful and great location. Plus, Alessandro is super reachable and open. His guides are super well done and it's easy to notice that he shares the love of the area. Grazie e a presto! We'll be back!

The house is very clean and spacious, comfortable for five people. Giuseppe was very kind and hospitable, we really appreciated that he left us something for breakfast. It was very nice to also provide two bowls for our dogs. Location very close to the historic center and equipped with parking but in a short time you can reach the beaches and other tourist places or the Apuan Alps. Highly recommended!

We stayed with a group of friends at the house and had a great stay. Marjolein was very kind, always reachable and also provided a list with recommendations for the surroundings. The house was well equipped and the view from the house was outstanding. We are very thankful for the great time we had at Marjoleins beautiful place and can definitely recommend it.

Very spacious and bright apartment with everything you need for a great stay. To top it all off, the utmost courtesy and availability of Emma & her mother. Great for families and for those who own a dog and want to take it with them. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful home in a nice location. Close to La Spezia and to some of the most beautiful places around the Gulf of Poets as well as the cinque terre villages along the coastline

Easy to access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-kept and clean rooms, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private indoor parking. So to leave the car parked you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This is perhaps the only unfavorable point, but it can still be solved by taking "4 more steps." Recommended.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends. The house is as shown in the photos. It doesn't lack any details. It is surrounded by nature, ideal if you like to enjoy that type of tourism. It's a bit far from the typical places to visit and there's no supermarket in town; so, before you arrive, if you need to buy food, it's best to buy it beforehand. Otherwise, as for the house itself and Claudio's service, great

We stayed in this beautiful village for only one day but we will definitely be back. The house is located in a really beautiful place. The house is super clean,with lots of good things to have breakfast and drink. We really appreciated it. I wanted to thank Emanuela and her mom for offering an unavoidable service, for their kindness and friendliness.

We had a great week, in absolute tranquility with breathtaking views. The place is very nice - there is everything you need. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers seating. The pool is clean and maintained. Unfortunately, we could only use it 2x due to the weather. The view from the pool area is fantastic, unwind and enjoy. There are good restaurants nearby, a recommendation was in the apartment. The distance to the sea/towns is good despite the quiet location.

Venezia 12 is a fantastic place to stay at both for a longer time or a short weekend stay at the sea. Mario is helpful and nice and his mother Teressa who welcomed us and we meet during our stay is lovely!! I warmly recommend to stay here, the place is clean, modern and lovely outside you really can relax and feels like a modern 5 star hotel room. Only 5 minutes from the beach and city center and close by a lot of activities.
