Federica and Francesco were the best hosts we have had so far. Extremely caring and responsive - they kept a free parking space for us close to the appartment and gave us very useful recommendations. The appartment is cozy and even better than on the photos.

Host very responsive in communication. Accommodation is clean and meets expectations. Well-equipped. Excellent location for walking around the city. Please note, however: no access by car to unload luggage and no free parking nearby (10 min walk). Top floor without elevator. Well secured. A bit noisy in the morning (street cleaning).

The apartment was even nicer than on the pictures, clean and had everything you need. We felt very comfortable there. Nicola was very friendly and accommodating, communication worked out well. Thanks for the lovely stay, Nicola!

I have stayed in many air BnBs but this one was the best. A perfect place! The space is beautiful, everything clean, safe and easy. It is equipped with everything you could ever need. The hosts are the best hosts I’ve ever had , they are so kind, helpful and friendly. We were lucky enough to meet Yuliya and she was so nice, she gave us advice on the area, recommendations for what we should do. Most of all, she made us both feel as if we could talk to her about anything, any questions, queries or anything that we may need. She put a smile on both our faces and that made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location of the apartment is sensational, literally next to a supermarket and the Main Street of La spezia (15 mins from the main station)(Very easy access to Cinque Terre) It was quiet, safe and so pleasant. We wish we stayed here longer and will definitely come back here if we return. We have no complaints and I highly recommend these guys! They’re the best. A perfect stay!

Since Portovenere was the last stop on our trip to Italy, we wanted to stay somewhere with a great view and a terrace where we could relax with a morning coffee and/or an evening drink. And wow (!) Elisa's flat far exceeded our expectations, as the view from her terrace left us speechless upon our arrival! Every morning we would grab breakfast items at the stores just steps away from the entrance to the flat, and take them back "home" to have breakfast with a view. We even made dinner there one evening, despite the wide selection of amazing restaurants nearby, because the ambiance of the terrace at night was so beautiful. In addition, the apartment was very well organized, had wonderful decor, and was in a great location close to everything. Finally, Elisa was a wonderful host who was very communicative, and was always available to offer guidance or to promptly answer any questions we had. (Also, to welcome us, she left ingredients for a delicious pasta/pesto meal!) Grazie mille!

Beautiful apartment, attentive host and wonderful air conditioning in each room! Great bathrooms and aesthetic through the entire apartment was tastefully done. Balcony was nice as well.

This was a gem of a find. The house was more beautiful than the photos in the ad. The view from the living room was amazing. The space was great, with lots of outdoor space available too. Hosts Rosella and Roberto were amazing. They waited for us at the road junction and greated us very warmly. They showed us the property and remained contactable at all times. Simple breakfast, with milk, bread, juice and coffee were provided. Roberto drove us to and from the nearby towns for the 2 days we were there. Overall, it was a great stay at the lovely house and with great hosts.

This rustic cottage in Ponzo is super cute and in a peaceful, quiet location. Great location for access to Cinque Terre via La Spezia. We were arriving from Florence and our GPS struggled to keep up with directions while going through the series of tunnels around La Spezia and kept sending us in loops, so it pays to have your route to the home mapped out before arrival. We found good morning coffee at a cafe about 6 minutes drive away. Elisa is a thoughtful and generous host and has prepared the home with a well-stocked kitchen full of the essentials. There is also a helpful welcome folder full of great recommendations. We were four adults travelling together and so needed to use the loft. The ladder is quite high and I wouldn’t recommend going up to that area for a bigger person. Ponzo is a very sleepy village so if you want a quiet location and a cosy, homely environment in a pretty garden this place is for you. Thanks Elisa for hosting us :)

A truly restful and comfortable stay, but at the same time close to all amenities… It is also uniquely beautiful, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. It is equipped with ample space both indoors and outdoors with a lot of greenery perfectly kept and maintained with discretion… Equipped with everything necessary and not... perfectly clean and usable... what can I say... a real paradise managed by Unique People, Very Good at Everything and always Kind and Available... We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. Also, we got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

It didn't even match the pictures! On the contrary, what was even more beautiful! The morning with the view into the vineyard, a dream. Even the cats were friendly 😂 We recommend the accommodation to everyone as well as the local bakery 3 houses😅

We had a lovely week for 6 with 2 teens and 2 children. Lerici, which is 2 km away, is a good starting point for visiting the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very pleasant to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

Olga's cottage was more beautiful and functional than it might seem in the photos. Olga is a special woman and consequently created this delightful place, taking care of every detail. The only flaw for those who need it is the Wi-Fi that doesn't work…but maybe it's better that way 🥰 Thanks Olga, see you soon!

Modern, clean apartment, complete with everything you need. Location close to the center and the sea but outside the chaos of the center, 10 minutes from practically everything! Communicating with Sabrina was easy both before arriving and during the stay, she was always kind, helpful and clear in communications and useful tips. We stayed with a small child and they provided us with a cot and high chair in the property. If we return to Lerici, we would definitely like to stay at this property again.

Loved our stay here! Great host who communicated well. We were able to check in early which made our trip run so much better and basically gave us an extra day to explore as we didn’t have to worry about luggage storage. Lots of steps to the apartment which we didn’t mind as we love exercise however , if you aren’t fit you may find it hard! Was very quiet and peaceful until a group of noisy guests upstairs arrived towards our last day but that can’t be helped. Kitchen essentials such as oil, salt pepper etc saved us expenses and I always appreciate this when travelling. Had a lovely dinner on the terrace after our full day hike, highly recommend if you like to cook just staying home one evening. Very cosy. Bring the bug spray as the mosquitoes seemed to like the apartment as much as us (possibly due to the wet/warm weather meant it got a bit damp and probably inviting for them! ). Best start to our trip we felt at home and stress free thankyou.

Matteo E Oriana’s place was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking. She was very accommodating to our need to check in early. It is important not to underestimate the stairs, this may be a problem if you are elderly or have a physical impairment. We had a little miscommunication due to the language barrier but Oriana is so lovely and nice to deal with. Thank you for the stay.

Beautiful location, sea views and a five-minute walk away. Exceptional comfort for Liguria is to have private parking! The house is very welcoming and spacious and Diego was a helpful and kind host. Recommended!
