Condo vacation rentals in Province of Massa and Carrara

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral und hervorragend geeignet sowohl für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca etc. mit Pkw oder Bahn als auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Leider sind die beiden vorhandenen Balkone sehr klein, aber um am Abend einen guten Wein zu genießen war es ausreichend. Von unserer Seite aus können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Gegend um Carrara verbringen wollen, wäre die Wohnung von Sonia mit Sicherheit unser Favorit.

Appartamento pulito, ordinato, con tutto il necessario, dai prodotti in bagno, alla cucina e questo ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi perché è un'attenzione non da tutti. In una buona posizione per andare in stazione. Essendo in un contesto condominiale può capitare di sentire il vociare dei vicini.

Great and beautiful apartment in a great location, close to the train station and also close to the main street with restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

We loved our stay in Riomaggiore! Giacomo and his mother run this adorable little apartment, and it is the perfect place to stay while experiencing the magic of Cinque Terra. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking and with a good sized fridge. The bathroom as was very clean and the beds comfortable. The apartment is higher up in the town so you are not directly over the bars and restaurants. If you are lucky enough, you may wake up to some Italian opera played by the man with the flower stand just below the bedroom windows. It is a short walk to the gorgeous waterline for EPIC sunset viewing. Giacomo is extremely polite and a great communicator. He arranged a parking spot for us and also helped carry our bags! That was a first in Italy and recieves 5 stars from these two ladies! My best friend of 50 years and I visited here 23 years ago. It was nice to revisit and this cute little appartment was the perfect launch pad.

De passage aux cinque terre, nous avons pris ce logement à La Spezia. Extrêmement bien situé, à 5 min de la gare à pied, nous avons pu nous déplacer très facilement. Le logement était fidèle aux descriptions et très propre. Mais ce qui rend cet airbnb INCROYABLE, c'est l'hôte. En effet, Mariela est une personne très accueillante qui nous à tout de suite mis à l'aise. Elle connaît bien les environs et nous a donné des recommandations à visiter qu'on a adoré. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu voir Porto Venere qui était magnifique. Toujours un mot gentil et avec une pointe d'humour, on sent que Mariela est une personne très chaleureuse et arrangeante. Nous recommandons ++

Ottima esperienza! Alloggio in pieno centro e comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione centrale. Appartemento pulito e moderno, ci siamo trovati estremamente bene!

It’s a great location. Not too far from the train station, right in the centre of town. One set of steep narrow stairs to get up to the room. The place itself has everything you need. It’s a bit noisy in the morning and evening.

We had a great stay at Dora's place. She let us check in early which was a lifesaver. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the closest train station. Good grocery stores within walking distance too. Can be a little loud due to location to the trains however the windows are good at blocking out sound so this wasn't a massive issue. Good amenities to cook and do laundry if needed too. You share the apartment with another room so your experience may vary depending on who you share it with. We were lucky and had no issues.

très satisfaite de l'emplacement, de l'appartement, mais attention il n' y a qu'une chambre avec un grand lit , pas d'autres possibilités de couchage - le village étant situé sur les parois des montagnes, il est en pente, et il y a de nombreux escaliers à gravir, mais c'est parfait, et surtout très calme, pas de voitures ! on peut facilement se déplacer d'un village à un autre soit par bateau, soit avec le train, ou avec ses jambes pour les sportifs, région magnifique, les italiens sont très accueillants, bonne nourriture ! parfaitement satisfaite de mon séjour

This flat was the perfect place to stay in Riomaggiore, with restaurants, shops and the station all easily accessible, loved it and if I come to the region again will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Lovely and cosy apartment, well equipped, only 5 min from the train station. Restaurants and supermarkets are also 3 minutes away. Claudio and Veronica are replying fastly to the messages and were welcoming and providing lots of information. Thank you, I really felt like I was at home. 😊

A clean newly furnished apartment close to he beach and local shops/ restaurants. Easy check in and out instructions. spotless with clean comfy beds.

¡Dario es un gran anfitrión! Muy amable y predispuesto. El departamento es realmente bello y grande. Súper cómodo. Además, tiene todo para cocinar y comer ahí, inclusive insumos alimenticios. Siempre que elijas estar fuera de la ZTL, recomiendo mucho su departamento. ¡Volvería sin dudas!

Le cadre était très chouette. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille. L'environnement est calme et agréable. Le logement est idéalement situé : proche des commodités et des visites notamment Lerici, La Spezia,Sarzana,Bocca di Magiore,Arcola. Bref un bel emplacement et un cadre agréable. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir des Cinque Terre

Pochi giorni ma buoni , peccato l’ultimo giorno con il maltempo. Alessandro persona squisita , amichevole e per qualsiasi cosa lui è sempre disponibile. Che dire della struttura STUPENDA. Dall’appartamento piccola ma efficace con tutto l’occorrente, per poi passare in giardino con barbecue e bersò con vista stupenda, infine la chicca , la piscina , bellissima con super vista . Weekend davvero bello e rilassante, abitando a Parma mi è anche comodo . Tornerò sicuramente, grazie mille per tutto Alessandro. Un saluto.

Fijne plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Mooie heuvel achtige omgeving. Dorpje Pietresantra verrassend leuk! Bedden een beetje zachter dan wij zelf fijn vinden en de aanrijd route met een lage auto was uitdagend, maar verder een fijn appartement!! Fijne communicatie met Fulvia.

Wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in der Casa Turchetti waren großartig! Der Ort ist eine Reise wert, um ein paar Tage Entspannung und Ruhe zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub bei Assunta verbracht. Haus und Garten sind bezaubernd und noch viel schöner als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Man erreicht Meer und Berge mit dem Auto gut, kann sich aber auch ganz in Ruhe im Haus und am Pool aufhalten. Wann immer wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir sie mit Assunta oder ihrem Sohn unkompliziert klären.

Un grand merci à Miriam et Andréa ! ils sont formidables ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans leur nid douillet ! Tellement envie de revenir ☺️

Ivana est la meilleure hôte que nous ayons rencontré. une très belle rencontre. Elle et sa famille sont tellement accueillants, disponibles, à l'écoute, plein de bons conseils et Allan cuisine très bien ! l'appartement est parfait. endroit paisible proche de beaux sites à visiter. Ivana sait bien conseiller. il est très rare de trouver une hôte qui parle 3 langues comme elle. Je ne sais pas encore à quel moment mais nous reviendrons probablement un jour.
