Villa vacation rentals in Province of Lucca

The house is very well laid out with ample space. Cristina left the pool open and this was enjoyed by the younger memebrs of the party. The house is close to the main road which impacts on the external enjoyment at the busiest times but inside there is no impact. We were repeatedly delayed due to fog in London and she could not have been more helpful. We made mistakes with the garbage as the standards are far higher than in the UK and perfectly reasonably she remonstrated with us. We were clearly in the wrong and lessons learnt. One small point, I think the pillows need renewing as very soft.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Olympia war einfach traumhaft! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter Fabrizio herzlich empfangen, der uns alles gezeigt hat und während des gesamten Aufenthalts für Fragen zur Verfügung stand und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns direkt wie zu Hause fühlten Die Villa war absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Krönung war der atemberaubende Ausblick: Von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich konnten wir das Panorama über das Meer, die Hügel und den Lago di Massaciuccoli geniessen. Der Aussenbereich und der Pool sind ein Highlight für sich und perfekt zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden. Wer einen Ort sucht, an dem Luxus und Natur perfekt harmonieren, wird hier fündig. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Urlaub wünschen können und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch in der Villa Olympia! Wir können die Villa Olympia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing and a beautiful property in a wonderful location. We ventured out a few times but mostly relaxed by the pool. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as it is secluded and down a fairly rough trail and we approached from the wrong direction. I suggest this is clarified for future visitors. Paola was great though and came to meet us and guide us to the property.

A lovely home, stylish interiors, and very comfortable to live in,, nice garden and outdoor spaces/ activities. Filled with all the amenities and appliances one needs in a home plus a great security system, that was important for us and great to have. The location was great, close to the beach and the town’s center,, with a supermarket nearby. Last but not least,, amazingly hospitable and helpful host..

Great stay at a beautiful villa. The listing doesn’t actually do it justice, it is even bigger and nicer than it appears from the photos! Brian was very helpful and responsive and a great host.

We loved our stay at Frederico’s. We spent lots of time in the pristine pool as it was a particularly hot time of year. Frederico was happy for us to walk around the beautiful grounds of Villa Grabau and also gave us a fascinating tour of the Villa. The Villa is situated in a stunning part of Tuscany and there are other Villas that tourists can visit in the surrounds. It’s a 10 minute drive to the walled city of Lucca. Our only comment would be that aircon in the home is upstairs only and the kitchen area which is downstairs, can get particularly hot, especially when doing any sort of cooking. Das Anwesen ist wunderbar gelegen und bittet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus bittet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist grosszügig und beherbergt alles, falls man kochen will. Die Umgebung ist grossartig und grosszügig. Der Pool inkl. Aussicht ich ein Highlight und wird perfekt unterhalten. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für die geschätzte und erholsame Zeit.

It was a very very peaceful and beautiful home to stay in with a rich history and gorgeous surroundings ! Livia was a gracious host and Giuseppe was wonderful to work with ! It was a very steep hill to trek to the top ..but if you’re looking for a remote and quite Italian country side expeirience it was absolutely beautiful!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.

Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut, um es mit Freunden zu teilen. Die ruhige Lage auf einem Berg bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Die dicken Mauern ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf und im Sommer ist das Haus sicher schön kühl. Die Umgebung von Lucca und Städte wie Pisa oder Florenz kann man gut mit dem Auto erkunden. Wir sind morgens in den Ort gefahren, um süße Backwaren bei der Pasticceria und Brötchen beim Supermarkt Esselunga zu kaufen. Ein Highlight für uns war die Weinprobe beim kleinen Bio-Weingut Cantina Biagiotti mit dem jungen Winzer Francesco, 20 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Haus entfernt.

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home! The home had plenty of space, comfortable beds, a welcoming pool, and a gym to boot! The location was fabulous - we were easily able to visit Pisa, Lucca, and Florence as well as several beaches. Overall, highly recommend!

Wir haben wundervolle Tage in dieser sehr charmanten und ungewöhnlichen Unterkunft verbracht. Claire war super hilfreich und hat sogar bei Regen als wir mal nicht zu Hause waren, die Sachen für uns ins Trockene gebracht. Wundervolle Aussicht! Das Angebotene Abendessen Montag und Freitag unheimlich lecker und den Preis wert! Jederzeit wieder!

I planned for a private getaway with 5 of my friends and could not have chosen better! The house was easy to find and the instructions made everything very easy. Anastasia was a wonderful host that always responded quickly, gave us good recommendations of food and supermarkets. The house and property were beautiful and just like the pictures. My only advice is to bring mosquito repellent!

Vi var et samlet selskab på 11 gæster og er alle enige om, at en bedre host ikke findes. Stedet er endnu bedre end billederne, og et sted vi meget gerne vil tilbage til - de bedste anbefalinger herfra.

Villa Vittoria è il mix ideale tra tranquillità e comfort, a pochi minuti da Lucca. Gli interni sono spaziosi, ben riscaldati e accoglienti, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il patio coperto permette di godersi il panorama anche nelle giornate fresche. Sarebbe bello poterci tornare d’estate per godere del parco e della bellissima piscina. Un posto ideale per una fuga in Toscana!

Dana's house is a jewel in itself, not only what you see in the pictures is what you will find at the location, but also there was a lot of attention to details, starting from all the appliances in the house, to the welcoming with everything you could eventually need for a stay in an house in Lucca, and possibly more. Dana herself was proactive and helpful, and she even went the extra mile on a few requests and helping me out with an issue I had (not related to her house). The location per se is amazing, a bit far from Lucca'a walls, but easily manageable with a good walk or, even better, by biking there. For this reason though, it can be reached via car, have a nearby parking, and for those reason it will also represent a nice starting point to explore all the whereabouts.

We had a lovely time at the Villa. The villa is very rustic and traditional. Paolo was very helpful and responsive. The villa had everything you could need, well equipped kitchen and lots for the kids to do outside. Would consider coming back again.

Wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft! Unsere Erwartungen wurden Übertroffen. Super Service und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die Woche in Chiozza war perfekt! In der Unterkunft war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vigna Vecchia is a delightfully peaceful retreat with stunning views over hilltops and olive groves. The house is charming and characterful with everything we needed for two families of four. Highlights for us included the lovely saltwater pool, long lunches at the outdoor table under the wisteria-clad pergola and watching the fireflies dancing in the meadows at dusk. The drive up is steep but worth it for the cooler temperatures and panoramic views. Barbara is a very helpful host and Giacomo gave us great recommendations on arrival and helped retrieve fans from the loft when the temperatures rose. We cooked homemade pizzas and Tuscan steaks in the outdoor pizza oven and enjoyed local wine from the Enoteca in Ponte Moriano. The beautiful city of Lucca is a 20-minute drive away with a huge range of restaurants and a trip to Barga in the hills is well worth it. A beautiful, traditional home - everything we hoped it would be.

Wat een prachtige en soms bijna magische plek.. we hebben genoten van de ruimte, de rust en uiteraard volop van het zwembad en jacuzzi. De gastvrijheid van Leonardo en zijn familie was heel fijn en altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden! We komen graag terug!!

Wir waren 9 Personen, die das Haus bewohnten und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus war sehr sauber und besitzt eine gute Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der tolle Pool, in dem unsere Kinder viel Spaß hatten! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, um die wunderschöne Toskana zu erkunden (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, 5Terre,…). Die Infrastruktur im Ort bietet alles was man benötigt und die Vermieterin war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!!!

Marco ist der perfekte Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts und ich habe noch nie so einen netter und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber kennengelernt.

Tout était parfait. Les voisins ont été charmants et serviables tout au long du séjour. Ils sont là si vous avez besoin d’aide et sont très discrets ce qui permet aux vacanciers de se sentir vraiment chez eux. La piscine est vraiment géniale grande propre et nettoyer chaque jour. Vraiment nous recommandons cette belle propriété pour des vacances en famille. Merci à Anto et ses voisins 😊

Vi havde en rigtig god ferie. Boligen levede fuldt op til forventningerne, og det samme gjorde vores vært Valente, som var meget imødekommende og proaktivt sikrede sig, at alt var som det skulle være. Vi kan i høj grad anbefale både boligen og Valente. Som en familie med fire børn kan vi især fremhæve opholdsområdet, hvor køkken, stue, terrasse og pool er placeret meget sammenhængende. I lokalområdet er der rig mulighed for at besøge alverdens gode restauranter, aktiviteter, gamle byer mv.
