Villa vacation rentals in Province of Lucca

The house is very well laid out with ample space. Cristina left the pool open and this was enjoyed by the younger memebrs of the party. The house is close to the main road which impacts on the external enjoyment at the busiest times but inside there is no impact. We were repeatedly delayed due to fog in London and she could not have been more helpful. We made mistakes with the garbage as the standards are far higher than in the UK and perfectly reasonably she remonstrated with us. We were clearly in the wrong and lessons learnt. One small point, I think the pillows need renewing as very soft.

Fabrizio was a great host and the villa is beautiful. Everything is under perfect conditions and the villa is located pretty well in the mountains with gorgeous view on sea and lake. Fabrizio also had some delicious recommendations for good restaurants. Thanks for having us

We had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing and a beautiful property in a wonderful location. We ventured out a few times but mostly relaxed by the pool. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as it is secluded and down a fairly rough trail and we approached from the wrong direction. I suggest this is clarified for future visitors. Paola was great though and came to meet us and guide us to the property.

Beautiful and spacious house, with outdoor lawn with pool, soccer door, volleyball net, barbecue and much more. The owners were very helpful and kind well beyond the normal welcome. For the next lucca comics, we hope it's still free!

Great stay at a beautiful villa. The listing doesn’t actually do it justice, it is even bigger and nicer than it appears from the photos! Brian was very helpful and responsive and a great host.

We loved our stay at Frederico’s. We spent lots of time in the pristine pool as it was a particularly hot time of year. Frederico was happy for us to walk around the beautiful grounds of Villa Grabau and also gave us a fascinating tour of the Villa. The Villa is situated in a stunning part of Tuscany and there are other Villas that tourists can visit in the surrounds. It’s a 10 minute drive to the walled city of Lucca. Our only comment would be that aircon in the home is upstairs only and the kitchen area which is downstairs, can get particularly hot, especially when doing any sort of cooking. Great location with a great view.

It was a very very peaceful and beautiful home to stay in with a rich history and gorgeous surroundings ! Livia was a gracious host and Giuseppe was wonderful to work with ! It was a very steep hill to trek to the top ..but if you’re looking for a remote and quite Italian country side expeirience it was absolutely beautiful!

Lovely villa and perfectly set up for several families vacationing together. The views were stunning and we loved that we were away from the city centre. The pool is a real stand out feature and having it on a separate level and gated was very helpful with little ones running around the property. Hosts were incredibly clear with instructions and their communication was always friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

It was an adventurous and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful accomadation. We loved everything about it. The host was very helpful, the donkeys were very cute, the view was amazing, the interiour design was spot on, the dinner they prepared was delicious and communication with host was absolutely perfect! I planned for a private getaway with 5 of my friends and could not have chosen better! The house was easy to find and the instructions made everything very easy. Anastasia was a wonderful host that always responded quickly, gave us good recommendations of food and supermarkets. The house and property were beautiful and just like the pictures. My only advice is to bring mosquito repellent!

Villa Vittoria is the ideal mix of tranquility and comfort, just minutes from Lucca. The interiors are spacious, well heated and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The covered patio allows you to enjoy the view even on cooler days. It would be nice to be able to go back in the summer to enjoy the park and the beautiful swimming pool. A perfect place for a getaway in Tuscany!

Dana's house is a jewel in itself, not only what you see in the pictures is what you will find at the location, but also there was a lot of attention to details, starting from all the appliances in the house, to the welcoming with everything you could eventually need for a stay in an house in Lucca, and possibly more. Dana herself was proactive and helpful, and she even went the extra mile on a few requests and helping me out with an issue I had (not related to her house). The location per se is amazing, a bit far from Lucca'a walls, but easily manageable with a good walk or, even better, by biking there. For this reason though, it can be reached via car, have a nearby parking, and for those reason it will also represent a nice starting point to explore all the whereabouts.

We had a lovely time at the Villa. The villa is very rustic and traditional. Paolo was very helpful and responsive. The villa had everything you could need, well equipped kitchen and lots for the kids to do outside. Would consider coming back again.

Insanely great place! Our expectations were exceeded. Great service and very friendly hosts, the week in Chiozza was perfect! Everything necessary was available in the accommodation. The surroundings are very quiet and perfect for switching off. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.

We were 9 people who lived in the house and enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and has good air conditioning on the upper floor. The highlight is definitely the great pool where our kids had a lot of fun! The house has a great location to explore the beautiful Tuscany (Lucca, Pisa, Florence, 5Terre,...). The infrastructure in the village offers everything you need and the landlady was always available for questions and very helpful. Thank you!!!

Daniele was very kindly and flexible to our late checkin because of an earlier car accident we had. The house is a really italian house with a lot of room for everybody. A fine new complete kitchen and many new bathrooms with good water heat and pressaure. Inside area is well enough but the outside was magnifik. The best- a nice big big and warm like 29-31 degrees. Daniel was quick to solve our small questions and always kindly. Not so much information on airbnb before our booking but dont worry. Daniel has made some changes during a longer pause and today everything is really perfect for a relaxing holiday.
