Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Procchio

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

We stayed a total of 9 nights on Elbs and highly recommend this place. Paola and her sister are very nice and very helpful hosts. They are super child-friendly and very committed. We would stay there again anytime. Thank you for everything or mille grazie :)!

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Very good rental a few steps from a nice little beach for the family! The shaded garden is very well maintained (+ barbecue and outdoor shower). Despite the language barrier, Gian Luigi answered all our questions. Recommended!!

The Vesuvio accommodation, although small, is more than enough for two people, equipped with all the comforts it was like being at home, the kitchen was equipped with everything, there were also essential products for cooking like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. The bathroom was very clean and, for how we visit the island in winter, equipped with heating. Exceptional terrace to enjoy the tranquility of the area and the splendor of the Gulf of Procchio. A short walk to the sandy beach, it is also recommended for those who want to take advantage of the many trails in the area. Angela is an exceptional host, she welcomed us warmly, immediately putting us at ease and providing us with everything we needed for breakfast for the following days. Thanks Angela, we'll definitely be back!

Isabella was extremely responsive and accommodating for our last minute booking! She was kind and helpful as well as very flexible! We are grateful she helped us to rent her lovely property at the last minute!

The owner, Mr. Fabio, is an excellent example of what it means to take care of guests. Everything is very clean, organized, apartment with everything you need and more. In addition, the owner made recent general improvements (the shower tray criticized in other reviews was new), new washing machine, new air conditioning. Great value, absolutely recommended!

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

The accommodation has a really unique location: very panoramic, very central, although quiet for sleep and well served. Great air conditioning and the terrace is great. The possibility of using the garage, nearby, was essential given the difficulty of parking in Porto Azzurro. Michele is always available and collaborative. We have some maintenance issues, but it happens at the end of the season We'll be back!

We met Ettore, Paola and Silvia during the stay and it felt right at home right away. Wonderful and generous people. The house is beautiful both inside (spacious, clean and functional) and outside (it has a well-kept green space that we enjoyed). Perfect location for reaching the beaches in the area. Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.
