Family-friendly vacation rentals in Procchio

We were a group of 12 from Mumbai, India, looking to experience a typical Italian town, and Giada's house was the perfect choice! We took plenty of photos of the entire house. It's beautifully kept, well-maintained, and has all the necessary amenities a traveler would need. The neighborhood is small and tranquil. The villa, ideal for big groups who want to spend quality time together. Giada was an exceptional host - super experienced, friendly, and prompt in communicating everything we needed to know. She was also always available for easy communication. We would 5/5 recommend it!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. We spent a weekend in the Scarlino area and Stefano's house was a perfect solution for two families with small children. The center of Scarlino literally starts at the curve on which the house overlooks, and therefore can be reached on foot. The house is comfortable and we had a good time, check-in & out managed remotely and therefore simple and flexible, Stefano is very helpful and available when we had questions to ask (we also met him in person). Thank you for everything!

Rachele and her husband were very helpful and accommodating. Rachele has equipped us whenever necessary with local restaurant recommendations, beach tips and children's toys. The place is ideal to bridge the midday heat in the shade under the tree.

We had a wonderful stay in Capoliveri! The apartment was absolutely lovely—very clean, well-equipped, and with a breathtaking view. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and our host Gianfrancesco was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Elba is a beautiful island with so much to offer, and Capoliveri is truly a dreamlike place to stay. Highly recommended!

I spent 14 days there and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly and supportively to questions. They were the best hosts I've had so far and I'd love to come back. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine. I also really appreciated that there were enough dishes and pans to cook something for myself. The small apartment with a covered seating area and small front garden is located on a quiet neighborhood street. The sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The path leads through the campsite along olive groves and vineyards. Nearby is a small shop where you can get everything you need and I also found some very good restaurants. At the beginning, the hosts gave me good tips about restaurants, hiking trails and excursion options. I had two wonderful weeks there.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment for a week in September. The apartment has a covered terrace and an area without a roof. So we were able to enjoy the time outside depending on the weather. Due to the higher location, we had a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Montecristo. We had our own parking space and access to the Apartment. The description matches the display.

Pretty stone house, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The environment is peaceful with great views. Shops, restaurants, beaches are a 15mn drive away. We had a pleasant stay. We recommend it.

A wonderful week flown -‘to the island of Elba! Very nice apartment, with a nice garden, possibility to close it so that if you have small children do not run out and so you can make them play outside in peace. I highly recommend coming with bicycles, or scooters, as you move very well and quickly to go downtown or to the beach (Marina di Campo beach) Walking is still a nice walk. Stefano is super kind and in case of need he responds promptly, also from several tips on places to visit, restaurants to eat. We were very satisfied with this vacation!

We spent a week at Ketys place and we really loved it. The aparment is well equipt and spacious. Located in a quite neighborhood. The location on top of the hill gives a wonderful view of San Vincenzo and the ocean. We would love to come back!

Margherita is very welcoming, good tips for the must-sees of the region, we had a very pleasant stay, comfortable bedding, spacious and well arranged house, a splendid swimming pool with views (about 20m long), lots of sunbed, air conditioning everywhere. So yes, the dirt road to get there may seem long sometimes but that's the price of tranquility. Only downside, the risk of having noisy neighbors on the lower or upper floor (which we had for 3 days).

Il Casale di Giovanni is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can recharge your batteries after a year of work. Just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful free or equipped beaches and numerous characteristic villages and hamlets that are worth a visit. The house is just like the description if not better, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Giovanni is a punctual, precise and discreet host. In one word: super recommended!!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Very quiet house, very spacious and comfortable. Pool very clean and we were always there alone. Two beaches are within easy reach with a half-hour walk, the others are very short distance. Capoliveri is within 20 min walking distance. Overall, a very relaxed and relaxing stay. Thanks to Lauro
