Villa vacation rentals in Procchio

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It is a gorgeous private house with a dramatically beautiful driveway entrance. We were worried about heat and mosquitos as we arrived in mid July but were happy that the house stays cool and there were little to no mosquitos. Marco is a responsive and helpful host. The house is very near the beach and all the best of Marina Di Campo. The outdoor shower surrounded by hedges was like a movie set. The bathrooms are clean and both have showers. We hope to return again!

From the first contact, Clod was very enthusiastic and helpful. Upon arrival we received a nice and extensive introduction about the house and everything to do in the area. The nearest town of Suvereto is beautiful and 5 minutes away and definitely going to visit! Baratti beach was also his advice and is really top! We luckily met Kira too, wonderful woman. All in all a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back. Thank you Clod and Kira for the great 4 days!

Beautiful view from the accommodation less than 2 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (Cotoncello) and 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Sant'Andrea very lively

Beautiful, small house in a quiet green location. The access road is partly in poor, unpaved condition. But the landlord can't do anything about it. Beautiful large garden with two covered terraces. Kitchen, well equipped, ideal for two people. We found the walk-in closet to be very pleasant. The small carport completes the consistently positive impression of this accommodation. There was also enough space for our motorcycle trailer on the fenced lockable grounds. The only minor criticism: defective shower partition. We had a wonderful vacation, and for us this accommodation was the ideal base to explore the island by bike.

We had very nice summer days in the charming house. We particularly liked the retro charm of the decor as well as the walking distance to three beaches. Antonia took care of our concerns immediately. We will be happy to come back.

We felt right at home. A warm welcome from Marussa. Wonderful views from the garden terrace over the city, small harbor and up to the mainland. Restaurants and supermarket are within easy walking distance. We were super pleased that there were new towels and bedding for the second week. In the evening the view of the lights and the sea was beautiful. Very quite area. It was a beautiful fourteen days. We will be happy to come back, definitely. We have Marussa in our hearts.

Large and very nice accommodation. 2 double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, 1 small bedroom with sofa bed, large living room, full kitchen. Mosquito nets on all windows. Outside balcony with sea view and large backyard equipped with tables, umbrellas, barbecue and sun loungers, laundry room with washing machine, large non-covered parking space. The area is very quiet and enjoys sea views of the Gulf of Viticcio (beautiful sunsets). Some beaches including Sansone and Sorgente can be reached on foot in about twenty minutes. Friendly, helpful, and friendly host. A little dust inside the cabinets, which we didn't expect given the cost, but in general we found the place clean and tidy. Excellent experience.

The views and location are out of this world. It was much better than the photos! The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate two small families. We loved that you can take a nice hike to a private beach. Has three patios and a very nice outdoor spot for having meals. We had a couple a small challenge with hot water but the host were super responsive. It takes nothing from the experience, but the house lacked a couple of essentials you would may need (shampoo, coffee, etc). Make sure to shop for everything on your way down from. Portoferraio. Still a 5 stars !!!!

Lovely house perfect for our remote working group of 12. The host was great amd communicating with us and being around to drop in breakfast treats or answer any questions we had. The multiple kitchens and many large eating tables were so valuable for us and we had a great stay. thank you!

When we come back to Italy, we will be reaching out to Carola again and stay at her place. The accommodations we fantastic.

We had wonderful holidays in Alessandro's beautiful villa. It is a very charming house that has met our taste. A house with character, close to the beach yet only minutes away from a bar, restaurant and grocery store. Perfect!

Beautiful beachfront villa with direct access. Convenient area to explore the whole island. Clean beach with the possibility of both a free and equipped area. Very spacious house complete with every comfort and accessory. Beautiful view of the gulf and very spacious rooms. Ideal for large groups. We'll definitely be back!

nice house with plenty of space for 3 families.

We stayed in this special house as a family with 10 adults and 1 dog. Each has their own room including bathroom. The house is just as special as it shows in the pictures! It was very clean, cozy , spacious and perfect to be together, private and quiet. The kitchen is generously equipped. 3 cars can easily park in the yard. The view from the terraces is a dream! It is completely fenced which was great for our dog to walk around and is just a 3 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with rocks. Porto Azzuro is only 15 minutes away by car and was our favorite town for shopping and restaurant visits. Nadia welcomed us warmly at the house. Unfortunately, she doesn't speak English but that was somehow no problem- She is a very friendly person!

Beautiful house at an amazing location with direct access to the beach with lots of nice bagni with great restaurants very near by. Wonderful sunsets and the lounge and terrace are simply stunning. The house and kitchen are well equipped - beautifully designed interiors.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

The property exactly matches the description and photos. The host has always been responsive and prompt, as well as accurate and helpful. The house is very nice and cozy.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

San Ottaviano is a dream location! What a beautiful place with really kind people. Special thanks to Lorenzo with his great service 🙏 For us traveling with a kid it was perfect with the restaurant and swimming pool close-by. The beer the owner makes was above our expectations. We would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Veronica's place. The location is exceptional for us: Porto Azzurro is within walking distance and the house is an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding mountains. The property itself is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful and spacious terrace with a grill area. Kitchen is well equipped. Veronica was very nice and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can highly recommend this place, and were happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bacci! The house and especially the phenomenal view are unique. A place where you can unwind very well and spend time with friends and family. The pool makes the house even more amazing. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time. Beautiful land where we were able to let our dog walk around without any problem. Peace and quiet are 2 adjectives that can quite match our vacation. Recommended!!
