Apartment vacation rentals in Procchio

It was a dream to be in. So if you want to have a relaxing holiday right on the beach, this is the place to be. I'm already planning my next stay there. Highly recommend.

It was a very beautiful appartment, well equiped and super close to the beach. Make sure to bring some oil/balsamic, salt/pepper and some cloths and cleaning soap if you are planning to use the kitchen. Unfortunately there was nothing and we had to buy everything. There are a couple of appartments in the house (two storey). We thought according to the pictures that we get a groundfloor one. To our surprise it was the top one with a smaler balcony. Otherwise everything was great!

It would be an understatement to say that our staying was beautiful. Although we arrived on a rainy evening, Fiamma was there awaiting us and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The warmth of the house restored us from the long trip and we couldn't ask for more. In the following days, to wake up to such a splendid view outside our windows was simply superb. Also, Fiamma is a fantastic host, always ready to help and chat in front of a cup of coffee. In the end, we could not have asked for a better place to stay on the island for our week of relax. Mafalda could not have been more helpful. We had everything we needed in a small compact area. The terrace overlooking the sea was wonderful to eat our meals on, the rocky cove and the gemlike water a permanent draw in such warm weather! Our thoughtful host collected us with our baggage from the top of the hill at the bus stop on our first day, perfect after a long journey. We were so grateful for that support. We very much hope to return, perhaps when the weather is a little cooler so we can explore more.

We had a very nice stay at Marianna's, especially the view and the proximity to the beach were great. Communication was also great and Marianna always responded quickly.

Unique house, we enjoyed our stay very much. House is old but very well designed. The terrace overlooking the sea and the cozy table under the pergola is fantastic. We will be happy to come back!

Super cute and well furnished apartment near the beach and the Corso di Procchio! Equipped with all the comforts. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen with dishes! Veranda/ Garden with barbecue and wooden table where we were able to have a very good barbecue! Only flaw, the very high humidity that unfortunately we found in every room. It was probably the first rental of the season and the apartment had been closed for a long time. despite this, already on the third night the situation had much improved thanks to the air conditioners/dehumidifiers in every room! I recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back!

We are a group of 5 people who have walked the GTE and have chosen this house as a stopover. Great location for a nice refreshing evening dip. Beach easily reached in swimsuit and flip-flops!

We felt very comfortable: super beautiful apartment with very nice overgrown patio and fence outside. Our dog was welcome; in the evening and at night there were plenty of fireflies and nightingales. Uncomplicated, always available and very nice landlady Cornelia. The town of Capoliveri is within walking distance, we always had the best weather on the entire island. There are great hiking opportunities that can be started from the cottage. (East coast), Beautiful small beaches are within walking distance and the last meters of the access road to the accommodation were easily doable with our Allroad Audi. We will definitely be back

Danilo is a very welcoming host who gives a lot of useful advice. The house is very clean and large. The terrace is beautiful and very well maintained. The bikes available are a plus. By bike the beach is 5 minutes away. There is a very good restaurant a 3-minute walk away. We had a lovely stay. Marino di campo is a good base for the south and east of the island.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts in a quiet area but close to the center of Procchio. It also has a beautiful outdoor space that can be enjoyed on beautiful summer evenings. Michela who helped us both at check-in and check-out was always super helpful and nice to us. I recommend it to everyone, I hope to be back soon.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Short walk to the beach. On foot you can reach the village center of Procchio in 15 minutes. The communication with Silvia worked out just fine.

Superb apartment overlooking a very nice terrace, shaded and protected from the street (sea side!). The bedroom is very spacious and all tastefully decorated. Hot tub is a plus! A short walk to two excellent fish restaurants by the water…

Lovely agriturismo in the countryside. Friendly and flexible host and staff. The room was very new, clean and well equipped.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

The property was on a hilltop away from the city in a forest. The view was awesome. You had your peace and heard "only" the chirping of the birds. The host was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of love for detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is truly unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening and that at the beginning of June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.

La Gualda Vecchia: a picturesque idyll away from the hustle of everyday life. On 9 hectares of forest in the middle of the wild and at the same time redemptively quiet Tuscany, the two hosts have realized their lifelong dream. And luckily, they let us share it. The house with its Tuscan charm, stylish rooms and lovely furnishings rests on a small hill from which you can look into the depths of the Etruscan forests. And all around: a garden that was not completely discovered even after a few days. Walking from the yurt across the path of emotions, to the SPA, past a small greenhouse and then through the vegetable and flower garden you can forget the time. It was just incredible! Thank you for everything!!!
