Isabella is a nice and helpful person, she welcomed us to her beautiful villa and immediately put us at ease. Great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation has all the comforts, beautiful salt pool, unfortunately not available since the season has not yet started. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything Isabella!

Dont even think and just book it. Great place amazing views . Vittorio and his family are the kindest most nice people on the planet. Appartment comes squeaky clean and with all the amenities a person would need. Great recommendations of places, restaurants and everything,although you do need a car to check most of them out but everything is in radius 15min. Vittorio checked in multiple times to ask if everything was okay and if anything else was needed. Even went out of his way and prepared us a special place by the pool to celebrate new year’s. Lovely overall 100/10 :)

Great villa to enjoy some tranquility and relaxation, in a very convenient location to visit the sea. The accommodation has all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation (parking, dishwasher, air conditioning, possibility to eat outside, etc.) The pool is beautiful, with the possibility of bathing even after dinner! Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

Beautiful bungalow with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and private veranda. Great communal pool and well-kept garden with deck chairs. From the house, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car! Good internet, wifi and mobile network theoretically allow work from anywhere. Easy check-in and out.

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

A small corner of relaxation and tranquility just a few steps from the beautiful and quiet beach of Nisportino. Ideal for those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature. Umberto is really a very helpful and friendly person, always ready to give advice on places and activities available on Elba. A generous person, Umberto is sociable with both the adults and the little ones, he knows how to transmit a lot of information about the plants and animals that populate the area without forgetting the historical part. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Absolutely recommended!

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

It was beautiful! The view of the valley and the mountain, the tranquility and the house were absolutely fantastic. Communication with Giacomo was quick and easy. Highly recommended! We will be back!

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the old village with views of the valley and sea , and a private patio! Close walk to everything in this postcard town. Just don’t eat too much for supper or it’ll be a tough climb home Thank you Lucia it was wonderful!

We stayed with Paola with our two dogs. We had a good time, family atmosphere and Paola is very kind and helpful. The house is very nice, it has everything you need. In addition, the large terrace and the breathtaking views of the sea are priceless. Not to mention that leaving the house you make a small descent and you reach the beautiful beach of Morcone. Very friendly and pleasant hostess, practical and tastefully furnished accommodation, 10 min walk to the beach. Bicycles are at your disposal, so you can quickly go buy fresh bread in the morning. Unfortunately, there were many mosquitoes, so the seating and lawn could only be used to a limited extent. Happily again!

Highly recommended!! Wonderful house with a very well-kept outdoor space, a wonder for moments of relaxation and dinners, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Really, everything is taken care in the smallest of details. Andrea the Host is available and attentive to all guest needs. We had a truly 5 star stay!!

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

We received a very warm welcome by Girogio. It spoke exclusively Italian, unfortunately no English. We were still able to communicate about the essentials, only for the phone appointment for check-in we needed help from an Italian. The apartment is super located and clean, the view of the bay and the very quiet location are fantastic. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunsets with a glass of red wine. The kitchen equipment is very good, we took care of ourselves almost every day and didn't miss anything. In the restaurant down on the beach, you even get a small discount if you say you come from Giorgio. His nephew works there:-) A big thank you to Giorgio!!! That was a great 8 days!

Margherita's house is literally ten steps from the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and very welcoming, you sleep hearing the sound of the sea. Margherita was very helpful and provided us with many tips for visiting the area. It was a pleasure to stay in your beautiful home and we would be happy to return next time! Thanks for everything. 😊

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.
