Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Prati, Rome

Vincenzo's maintain an open communication and make sure we were find at all times. The place is neat and walking distance to the Vatican, restaurant and supermarkets. It was a good experience!

Very comfortable stay, booked 4 nights and definitely enjoyed the stay. Simple apartment with a nice public terrace (nobody really used it when we did, so felt like we had it all to ourselves). Right next to a gym for those who needs to workout on vacation. Andrea was extremely helpful and a great host. Location of the apartment is just few mins walk to the Colleseum & 15-20 mins bus ride away to city centre.

My husband and I had a great 2-night stay at this lovely studio apartment in Rome. The space was very clean, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and even included thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and bottled water. The location was great—close to public transportation (bus and train) and within walking distance to major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The host, Eva, was responsive and kind, and even accommodated an early check-in, which was a huge help. Highly recommend this place for anyone as a solo traveler or a couple visiting Rome!

Beautiful and charming space! We appreciated the welcome drinks. The laundry room is right next door and it was convenient to be able to wash clothes. The elevator is nice if you are traveling with luggage too. The building is very quiet and safe. The place had a ton of room for 3 people. The book of instructions and recommendations for restaurants was so helpful and we enjoyed them! Showers were hot for 3 people. Wonderful stay with shopping and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 3 nuits dans ce joli appartement . Très bien situé, nous avons trouvé que c’était l’emplacement idéal . Pas un bruit ,tranquille et surtout nous avons pu garé la voiture gratuitement dans la rue. Nous avons tout visité car tout était proche. Beaucoup de petits restos et pharmacie aussi un épicerie . L’appartement était tellement propre à notre arrivée comme s’il était neuf ! Je recommande fortement !

Great Airbnb and extremely response host. Check in process was easy. Very convenient location with nearby bus and train stations. Clean accommodation and the steam shower was great! Highly recommended when visiting Rome. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

Our group had a lovely stay at this apartment. The host was very clear, helpful, and communicative. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for several guests- we never felt cramped. The neighborhood is contains many restaurants and is within 1-2 walking miles of Rome’s places-to-see. I would absolutely recommend this place! *The only downside to the neighborhood- NOT the rental- are the seagulls that make loud, awful sounds at night. We travel with a portable sound machine, which helped, because they were loud for a few of the nights.

We loved our stay, great little apartment, with everything thing you need and so much more!!! We cannot recommend this place highly enough!! the location is perfect! We will definitely rebook on our next visit to Rome! Thank you 😊

Maurizio is a fantastic host. He met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. What few questions we had during our stay were answered very quickly. My wife and I were traveling with our daughter, so having two bedrooms and two baths was exactly what we were looking for. The listing more than met our expectations. We came to Rome for the Jubilee and having a view of St. Peter's from our bedroom balcony was something special. Vatican Square and Vatican Museum are a very easy walk. The property is also very conveniently located near bus routes to the central part of the city and the train line. We felt very much at home during our stay and we certainly had Maurizio to thank!

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

Sonia and Luca were such thoughtful and welcoming hosts—they truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, they took the time to walk us through the apartment, share helpful tips about the neighborhood, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and easy stay. The apartment itself was a gem—modern, beautifully set up, and incredibly child-friendly. It had everything we could have hoped for, especially for our little toddler who absolutely loved it! There were toys, space to play, and such a calm, peaceful atmosphere—perfect for families looking to unwind away from the city’s usual bustle. Everything felt so well thought-out and fully equipped. It made our time in Rome even more special. Thank you, Sonia and Luca, for your warmth and care—it meant so much to us!

Carla was an excellent host, always accessible and wanting things to be right. For example, when I wanted to reserve a taxi in advance and was having difficulty, she worked to make it happen for me. On a couple of occasions I happened to run into her on the street and she was always pleasant and asked how things were going. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood a little distant from the historic center, but if you like to walk it is doable. Otherwise there is public transportation readily available. The kitchen is well equipped for one or two persons and there is a supermarket within 200 meters. The Mercato Trionfale, a huge indoor market is within a kilometer. I would gladly stay there again.

Sergio est un hôte d’une réactivité sans appel. Aimable et sympathique, son bien dispose de tout. Fidèle aux photos, c’est l’appartement parfait pour de bonnes vacances sur Rome !! Je recommande vivement

Sabrina is a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you for always being available to respond. We had a peaceful stay, it was easy to get around with the bus stop near the appartement and the metro to visit Roma. Everything was well explained to check-in and find the place.

Die Wohnung war in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit vielen kleinen netten Restaurants und Bars. Fußläufig. zur spanischen Treppe war es circa 1 km, was aber schnell gelaufen ist. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Thai Massage, Pediküre, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, alles direkt um die Ecke. Einfach perfekt für einen Kurztripp nach Rom.

Incredible stay. Beautiful villa in a stunning road, adorned by those characteristic Roman pine trees. House was large, easily slept 6 of us with one bedroom to spare and another single bed also free. Wonderful stay, they were also very communicative, even when we had a very minor issue in one of the bathrooms. All in all, can only describe this place and the host as perfect.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

Elvin d’avantage, c’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous, il nous as énormément facilité la tâche sur beaucoup de chose, et toujours disponibles si besoin. On s’est sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est charmant, propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Une vraie belle rencontre et une adresse qu’on garde précieusement ! C’est sûr, nous reviendrons et cette fois ci avec notre fille ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

The place was perfect. Very clean, the location și good, close to the metro. Very nice terrace and Gabriele was very responsive and nice. I highly recommend this place.
