Spotless apartment - brand new, perfect service and communication. Location a bit far from Center, but easy to park and lots of supermarkets around. Definately worth it!

The location is very good and the place looks just like the photos. They greeted us with water, coffee and cookies, a gesture that pleased us. It is ideal for washing clothes because there is a large clothesline and it gets a lot of sun. If you have clips, you can hang it in the sun. The bed was very comfortable. And a detail that is also worth mentioning: there is a booklet to understand the history of the tiles in the area!! We stayed 2 days but it was for a longer stay. Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra are beautiful. And in the apartment too.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Helder was a very informative and friendly host.

The apartment surprised me in a positive way. It is comfortable and spacious. The internet is fast and it was good for working from home. Rodrigo was very friendly and available, he sent a message after a few days to ask if we needed anything. The location is great, facing the beach and with parking. The only drawback was the construction work in the apartment downstairs, and the landlord promptly tried to talk to the condominium and resolve it. I recommend and would like to return.

The apartment and the host are wonderful, we enjoyed our stay here 100%.

After the initial check-in hiccup with the lockbox, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Joana's apartment. The decoration is very calming - she has a talent for interior design. We loved the private outdooor garden and the separate suite. The neighborhood was so unique and we appreciated the parking lot down the road. We would definitely return to her delightful space in Aveiro.

Ines is a wonderful person and excellent communicator that responds quickly. She met us upon arrival to show us around and was so thoughtful to leave us fresh fruit and snacks. She also has a vast knowledge of local places to visit, the Portuguese culture, driving tips, restaurants and more. The home was perfect for the 3 of us. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The home is cozy with a working fireplace, a back yard to bask in the sun, great WiFi, and heaters for comfort as needed. Numerous restaurants, local convenience shops, cafes and a cool mall (Vida Ovar) within 10 to 20 min driving. Definitely recommend having a car to explore. I highly recommend her home for a wonderful visit.

Sergio's apartment is impeccable, just as it appears in the photos, the Turkish bath is amazing, the barbecue space too, everything in general, 8 minutes from downtown, super well located and easy to get to, Sergio is very friendly, attentive and answers very quickly, my partner and I had a great time, I'm sure we'll be back.

Truly wonderful cottage with winterswimming pool, just loved it

Me and my family had a lovely stay in this beautiful property, it was very quiet and the views were lovely. The property had lots of space and we loved the pool and outdoor kitchen area. I would definitely recommended

The apartment was perfect, the area was quiet, 2 minutes from the beach, there were good restaurants nearby and the apartment matched the description provided. We would recommend it!

Fantastic location and the house has everything you need. So many great touches I did not expect like bodyboard, toys, bbq etc Kitchen was stocked with coffee etc and had all the utensils for a great family feast.

Everything is very clean and tidy, very calm and quiet place. Mr. Pedro is always very attentive to clarifying doubts. We like it very much. Thank you

Family of 9 we spent 3 days at the property. Paddleboard, Visited Barra, Costa Nova fish market, Aveiro and long beach walks. would recommend.

Modern minimalist accommodation in an Art Nouveau city was a great dichotomy. Dark moody dramatic vibes to the interior. Excellent modern artistic touches that evoked local themes. Balcony overlooks a busy motorway across a canal but noise was not an issue with windows closed. Blackout curtains made for a very comfortable sleep. Lots of space for us to do a complete luggage repack before continuing on our driving tour. Free parking across the canal was convenient. Highly recommended Mercantel restaurant just a few steps along the canal.

The apartment is very nice, nicer than the pictures, and very well cared for. It has all kinds of amenities, and the development in which it has many services, although we do not use them. It is next to a beautiful beach, which can be seen from the house Antonio was a very punctual host, we arrived at the house and within a few minutes he arrived to give us the keys and explain the operation. It's a totally recommended place.

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.

This little place was very comfortable, and close to everything! Walk to all the restaurants and shops no problem. Free parking is close by just over the canal took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the car. However you can pull right up and drop off your luggage in front of the, which makes things easy. Everything was clean, and provided everything you need for a cozy stay. The listing is just as shown, it’s a bit small but has all you need. Shower is spacious. Bed is comfortable, blankets are cozy. Helder was super accommodating, and allowed us to check in early.. Also a very trust worthy host and cleaning crew. I left my Grandmothers gold necklace and St Jude pendant at their place, didn’t realize for days later. Helder had the necklace AND is shipping to me in the United States!! I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.

The apartment is lovely and spacious. Has everything you need. The town is lovely, and the people in it are very friendly. The highlights were the Irish pub right next door and the blue hut on the beach which had amazing live music. The beach was very quiet and peaceful. This was a great deal!
