This pleasant apartment is located on the main avenue of Praia da Barra, a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, nightlife, shops. The apartment is decorated with simple elements but with attention to detail. Barra is not only beach...we can simply stroll along the wooden walkway that runs through much of the beach, we can find a huge wall with approx. 500 meters long, that enters the sea inside, and we can't forget what gives the most beauty to Barra beach - the Farol (lighthouse).

The house is 3 steps from the beautiful Costa Nova beach, with its typical colorful houses. The apartment has been renovated and is in excellent condition. The market, with fresh fish and seafood, is a 5-minute walk away. The famous chocolate casings of Costa Nova, next to the Ria, are right next door, as well as a wide range of restaurants. The city of Aveiro, with its canals and tourist attractions, is just a 10-minute drive away. It is the perfect place for a great vacation.

Apartment next to the Lighthouse, in a pedestrian zone, 20 meters from the sand. Excellent views of the beach and entrance to the Port of Aveiro. Surrounded by restaurants and terraces. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The kitchen, bright and well-equipped, has an induction cooktop and oven, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker and dining table. Very spacious room. The perfect location for a beach holiday. Now with elevator!!!!
