The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

Very welcoming hosts. Convenient location of the house. Short walk to beaches and shops, but at the same time a quiet and peaceful place. Nice view from the terrace. Stylishly decoratedinterior. There is everything you need for your stay. There is an opportunity to light a grill and cook fish or meat. It was our best vacation ever.

The studio was tidy and nice, matching the description and with the necessary tools. It's good for 2 people. The light and sound isolation was maybe not perfect, but Goran quickly provided us with a solution. The communication was always good and easy ! The neighbourhood is nice for calm holidays and it's good if you have a car to explore further away.

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we felt immediately comfortable. I highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation in a heartbeat.

Anita and her family are very friendly and helpful. The house is very nice and modernly furnished. It offers enough space indoors and outdoors with seating and lounging options. Only in the bathroom there is a lack of storage space and towel racks. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden and pool are large and clean. We were there at the beginning of June, at a time when construction was still allowed. There are some construction sites in the immediate vicinity, so there was noise. When the work was finished, it was quiet and we could enjoy this time. All in all, it was a nice vacation and we will come back.

Zlatko is a fantastic host. He made us feel right at home, extremely friendly, helpful and generously spoiling us with wine and home made snacks on the night of arrival, enjoyed with good and intelligent conversation. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and (rocky) beach is nearby. It’s a peaceful place with little noise and people, but it was already off-season. Albeit the weather was not so good, we highly recommend staying here as the area has many nice things to see and do. But you do need a car to get around. And Zlatko is just a truly genuine, kind and generous man. If ever in the area again, we would certainly come back here. Thank you Zlatko for the wonderful experience! :)

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

We spent 5 nights in the apartment. We were greeted by a very clean, comfortable, friendly apartment. The pick-up of the key went smoothly, and we were greeted by Matija's parents, who are very nice people. The apartment was absolutely comfortable for two people. The aircon in the room worked great, which made staying indoors very pleasant. The table was on the terrace outside, and we had breakfast there every day. The size and equipment of the kitchen was enough to make a pasta dish or scrambled eggs. The beach is about a 1 minute walk away, so the beach was enjoyable and convenient. The building and street were quiet. Our car was also safe, so we could fit in the front yard with it. Since there was no house number listed in the address, we recognized the house upon arrival by photo. We'd love to come back here at any time if life brings it.

We were very pleased with the apartment, very clean and nicely decorated. It is not too central and not too far away, actually perfect for us. We were at the beach and in the center of the island in a few minutes. The hosts were very communicative, nice and helpful and available at any time. Overall, we loved the stay and would definitely recommend it.

Vesna is a very pleasant and warm person who is a perfect host. Already in advance and during the stay, she answered all questions and gave helpful tips for the area. The apartment is as in the photos, very bright and clean. The sea can be seen from all sides, breakfast on the balcony was a dream! There was already fruit and drinks in the fridge on arrival. The apartment is well and fully equipped and has a modern bathroom. Restaurants and the beach (kite beach) are a 5 and 15 minutes away. The apartment is well and quietly located and even has a terrace and garden. It is quiet, but a little noisy to the apartment above. I highly recommend Vesna and the Airbnb and will be happy to come back again. :)

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

Delightful hosts, lovely, communicative (English), gave us a warm welcome❤️. They greeted us with cold drinks, which was very pleasant and refreshing after a longer trip. We received some helpful tips on where to find beaches, a shop, and a food bar. The apartment is as described, everything is clean and scented. Inexpensive things like dish gas, gabbard, toothpicks, towels available on site. Very well-equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach! The proximity of Pag (12 min by car) gives you additional entertainment. You can explore, eat, and shop more. This apartment in Kosljun is worth recommending, we will be happy to come back 😍 Thank you for your guest!!

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment also has everything you need (cooking, etc) Thank you :)

Our hosts were very pleasant, accommodating, and their recommendations helped us to orient ourselves in this location. The apartment was clean and cozy, we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay in this nice place. The pool with a nice view is a very pleasant refreshment to the crowd other holiday activities that Pag offers.

Nice location with beautiful beaches with clear water, the nearest ones located 5-10 minutes from the apartment, but the ways are a bit rocky with steep stairs etc... Flip flops are not the best shoes to wear if you want to reach the beaches. Apartment was nice and clean with basically everything you need.

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Very clean, nice apartment. It’s a calm environment but very close to the “old city” with restaurants, shops and anything nice to see of Zadar. Would recommend!

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!
