Waterfront vacation rentals in Povljana

We spent our current vacation here and were super satisfied. Very nice hosts. The whole apartment was very neat and well maintained. As a welcome, there was a bottle of water and a juice and to say goodbye a small gift we were satisfied. The sea can be reached quickly in a two-minute walk.

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Franciska & Toni’s apartment is gorgeous, and very comfortable. The building is a little dark and scary upon first entrance, but it’s perfectly safe and once you get used to it, there are no problems at all! So easy to walk to the city center quickly. Franciska and Toni also gave us many wonderful recommendations. 100% would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

Accommodation with Bošek in Miškovič met all our expectations. Clean and fully equipped accommodation, good and close access to the beach, which also offers plenty of shade. The gradual entrance to the water is also very suitable for holidays with children. The place is peaceful and quiet. Hosts who are willing and very friendly, we highly recommend anyone who prefers quiet vacations.

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We had a wonderful week at Antonija's place. She is a super nice, helpful hostess who was always available and gave us very good tips. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Sukosan is a charming village with beautiful promenade and great cafes, bars and restaurants, the shops are within walking distance. The location of the place is perfect for excursions to the national parks, Zadar, Sibenik and Nin. Check-in/out and communication were smooth. Thank you for the hospitality and the lovely stay! My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Nin and Marina's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The apartment is rather small overall, but completely ok for 2. Marina always responded quickly to our questions and even the refrigerator was filled with treats when we arrived. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there are many nice restaurants. We definitely recommend the apartment and will certainly come back ourselves 🤗 All the best, Marina!

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very clean and Petra was very helpful. Zaglav is a lovely town and everyone was very friendly.

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.
