Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Povljana

We had a warm welcome and brilliant communication during our stay. We were helped directly when we had a concern :-) The location of the house is in the beautiful nature of Vranas and you can escape the hustle and bustle. The private pool helps. You also have an outdoor grill to round off the beautiful evenings. Furthermore, a new, additional bathroom is available, which is not yet visible in the pictures! However, a car is strongly recommended to reach supermarkets, beaches, etc. All in all, it was a great stay and we would come back :-)

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Amazing place to stay in Zadar! Had all the amenities listed (Sauna, swimming pool ..). Host is very responsive and kind in answering question.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

The place was really very nice. Katharina was very nice and helpful. The sea is a 2-minute walk away and is right next to a great restaurant. Overall, it was a great vacation. Thank you so much!

thank you to Andrej and Marianja for their hospitality during our first trip to Croatia. Marijana helped tremendously following a car accident that we had and provided lots of support during the discussions with police and ambulance. The property is excellent with everything you could need for a big group, would stay again if visiting the area

Wonderful place to recommend. Very nice apartment as described , very beautiful surroundings of a garden full of fruit. Resting on the deck, you can eat grapes and figs. The pool is beautiful, very well-maintained. Ivan and his whole family are very kind people, you could always count on their immediate help. The location of the apartment is also super close to the beach and not far from Zadar. You can get to Zadar in 25 minutes and the airport is 40 minutes away. I'd love to come back.

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

The apartment is incredible, the kitchen was super well-equipped, it's spacious, the welcome was unbeatable..!! And Mirjana is really an ideal host. I would definitely stay here again.

Sara's place was amazing! We were greeted by Sara's dad who was an amazing host. He brought us pancakes on the 1st day and a quiche on the 2nd day. He had helpful tips and was extremely supportive. The place is located in a tranquil area with amazing views of the peninsula across the water and offers amazing sunsets. The main road, although frequented by motorcycles and other vehicles is quite busy during the day, however being sheltered by the building, this is not disturbing. There is little to no traffic in the evenings. The place was clean and offered the basics a kitchen should have, we missed nothing. Truly a great place and one I will certainly return to in the future.

Thanks a lot to Boro. He was always available and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The area has several great restaurants nearby, where we enjoyed excellent meat dishes. There are also some beautiful beaches in the surroundings (mostly pebbled, as is typical in Croatia), which we visited almost every day.

The location is great, with great views of the harbor and the old town, from all 3 windows, as well as from the long balcony. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, nothing is missing. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the old town and in grocery stores.

Only 1 night spent in the apartment very quiet and very clean. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We recommend it.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

Great Airbnb with plenty of space, cozy beds and couch as well as a very nice pool. We were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. It was all very straightforward.

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

Responsive hosts to answer any questions we had and very accommodating. Accommodation in perfect condition with very good services: as good as or better than the photos. All amenities are in abundance. No neighbors or opposite neighbors: ideal for the FKK pool... Ideal location for all visits with lots of things to do and see within an hour's drive. Don't go to the national parks (Krka and Plivitce), it's a tourist trap: €40/person to hike on a landscaped path) that you can't leave, no swimming and crowds...If you want to see beautiful gorges and swim for free in beautiful pools and waterfalls go to Omis Cetina river on the other side of Split An excellent stay for us at the villa storia

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week away in Alan and Sanja’s beautiful home. The villa was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 3 children). The pool, games room and cinema were amazing for the children. The decor was stunning! We’ve taken inspiration home with us. The hosts were amazing - friendly and responsive and provided us with some brilliant local recommendations, including a boat trip and restaurant who did delivery for our last night. We’d highly recommend a stay here.
