The residential complex is located in the heart of Port de Alcudia and has plenty to offer for young and old alike. Restaurants, bars, boutiques etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The use of the communal pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex, sun loungers are of course available and included.

Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.
