Vacation rentals with a patio in Port d'Alcúdia

We were really happy with the space. It is well equipped, was clean and had everything you need. The location is also great, barely a minute away from the beach and yet you don't get anything from the hustle and bustle on the promenade. The contact with the host was also good, we always got quick and friendly answers. We were also very grateful that we were already able to check in at 12 o'clock instead of 4 pm as stated. Only at one point there is something to complain about: Price for cleaning is exorbitantly high with 140€. Especially for the fact that the garbage must be disposed of yourself (if this is not done, 50€ will be charged as in the description of the apartment). Nevertheless, we were very satisfied and satisfied with price performance.

Antonia’s place is wonderful and the perfect place for discovering that part of the island while enjoying the relaxing vibe of Port de Pollença. Very spacious flat with everything you need. We loved it and can’t wait to be back Thank you!

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Kitchen with everything you need (with dishwasher!), good cooking utensils and a new bathroom. 2 balconies and great pool. We really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend :) Only downside: the beds make a lot of noise when you turn around, waking up our baby constantly... Also chairs outside are really not comfortable.

pleasant stay at Nathalia's,the accommodation matches the description of the listing, close to everything, we were advised and welcomed. amenities level there is everything for a pleasant stay. The water fountain and washing machine are a plus 🙂

Wendy was proactive, friendly, responsive. The flat was super clean. The location was amazing, right on the beach of Pollença, allowing for amazing runrise watching. Although it was quiet in the winter, the area must be very lively in season with seafront shops and cafés.

We (three adults and a 3 year old child)felt good in the apartment. On the second floor overlooking the sea. The wonderful beach right next to the yard. Everything necessary was available inside the apartment. The area was quiet and the neighbors behind the walls didn't bother very much. Communication with the property manager Roger was very friendly and good. At a distance of 100 meters was our favorite Spanish family-run restaurant. This is not a luxurious apartment and will need some small improvements in the next future. We were able to tolerate the relatively small deficiencies for 9 days.

Beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. Super equipped. The location is great for exploring the surrounding area or simply going to the beach with the kids. Everything went smoothly, we would come back immediately!

Everything was great, plenty of space, so our 3 generations trip was very relaxed. In the kitchen there was everything and the small shop around the corner really well stocked with everything you need. The only criticism we have is the couch in the living room. It does not invite you to sit comfortably, we did not have quite as nice weather and would have liked to sit together by the fireplace. I would really replace this. Otherwise, the service was great, we still needed a few blankets and received them immediately and also had a nice conversation.

We had a great time in this charming house! The garden is superb, simply magnificent, a real change of scenery. The pool, totally private, was a real plus to enjoy in peace. Juan is a responsive host, very friendly, with whom we had the pleasure of interacting on several occasions. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, ideal for resting — only a few mosquitoes came to keep us company from time to time. The house was clean and the bed linens smelled incredibly good. A place we would recommend without hesitation!

Close to the stand. Everything was there, even in the kitchen. Even coffee, etc. Everything was clean and also cozy. A little expensive for me, but that's how it is when you book a two-room apartment during the Easter holidays. A little question and Justo was there. Nothing to feel.

A very nice house, not far from the beached but at the same lost in nature. The house has everything needed and is easy to manage.

Secluded yet close to whatever you need. A perfect balance between privacy and feeling like one of the family. An ideal contrast to the overdeveloped areas of the coast. Several beautiful places within 30 mins. Nice local walks and the friendliest cat in Iberia.

Beautiful place, we enjoyed the idyll and the tranquility very much. The accommodation was well equipped, clean and as described. We especially appreciated the outdoor area and the pool. Apolonia was a communicative and very helpful host. We would come back anytime!

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

My stay at Xavi's Airbnb was fantastic. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with the beach within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and a pleasant place to stay. Communication with Xavi was excellent; he was always helpful and ready to assist with anything. During my stay, I developed a good rapport with him. He shared valuable tips about the area and ensured my stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s lovely apartment. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pedro was super friendly and helpful, also gave us privacy to enjoy our stay. The area is fantastic, it felt safe and was close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops (Lidl’s very close which was handy for grocery’s) There are lots of activities in Alcúdia including boat trips and horse riding at a local, beautiful ranch.

The property is the same as the listing. The location is great. Short distances to the supermarkets, the beach and restaurants. Alcudia beach is very nice. Communication with Maxim was easy and hassle-free. Very good is also that there is a parking space on the premises. The only thing that is a bit negative is that there is no lockbox. The apartment is also a bit eavesdropping. Overall, the apartment is recommended.

The appartment is a wonderful getaway for families. Very spacious, clean and with wonderful views of the Tramontana mountais. Location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighbourhood yet very short walk to the beach, promanade and restaurants. Great and very timely communication with the host. We very much appreciated and enjoyed a little welcome gift.
