Vacation rentals with a patio in Balearic Islands

The Airbnb is super nice and we would go back immediately. The views are fantastic and the interior is also superb. We did not have a rental car but only e-bikes, which is a good alternative to go to the beach every day or even to take a trip to another beach. With late vacations in the year, you have to consider that not everything is open anymore. We were lucky in our week and there were still super delicious restaurants and the bakery was also still open :-)

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment immensely! Very lovingly furnished, plenty of space, cozy and sufficiently equipped. The sea can be reached very quickly and you can start great hikes from the apartment. Virginie is a great host - we will definitely be back!

Antonia’s place is wonderful and the perfect place for discovering that part of the island while enjoying the relaxing vibe of Port de Pollença. Very spacious flat with everything you need. We loved it and can’t wait to be back Thank you!

Very nice apartment..

We felt very comfortable. The place is exactly as described, very clean and we immediately felt at home. The highlight is the large balcony with a roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea (sea only from the top) The bed is very cozy and the apartment has top amenities. The water pressure and temperature are also great. We would come back anytime :) Definitely recommend!

We came as a couple with a 9-month-old baby, and had a great vacation! The accommodation is as described, the place is clean and well decorated. It is also VERY well equipped, nothing is missing (utensils and kitchen appliances, beach equipment, baby chair and crib, storage cupboards etc...). It is also in a good location in the village, everything is within walking distance and the beach is close. But what caught my attention the most was Ivàn's sympathy! He is a thoughtful host, very responsive to any questions, and very friendly in his messages. I highly recommend it! PS: thanks for the gift 🤩

We had a great time at Miquel's place. The accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped, and located on a very beautiful property, quiet. Miquel is very welcoming. The accommodation is conveniently located to discover the island of Mallorca and in particular the Serra Tramuntana and the north coast. Thank you again so much for hosting us!

Nice stay, the house complied with everything I said, great for barbecues and enjoying the pool and with all kinds of equipment for cooking and sleeping.

A great stay at Antonio's house. Very nice services, beautiful decoration, all the comforts to have a great time. The terrace is lovely. The village is very well located for discovering the island by car.

Bernart’s place is very well located with some nice restaurants and walks nearby. Good base to explore surrounding areas. Very fast and helpful communication and we felt home from the first moment on in this nice place.

Maria’s place is great if you want some peace and quiet outside of Palma. The house was spotlessly clean. We shared a few messages before our arrival and I asked if the place had a bbq, unfortunately it didn’t. However, when we arrived we saw that Maria had been and brought one and a bag of coals to go with it! The house does have a faint smell of smoke which didn’t bother us but may bother others. You certainly need a car to make the most of what the island has to offer. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Maria!

The place was perfect for a family of 6. The location was peaceful and pretty. It was within walking of some lovely restaurants and a beautiful beach. Alenka was a very responsive host.

A beautiful stay amidst a citrus grove everything was tranquil and peaceful. Biel and Fabienne provided helpful instructions for accessing the property which is nicely located only a few minutes walk from the main center of Sóller. Great stay and location!

Stay in early October. One of the best homes we booked on Airbnb in a quiet and pleasant area this season. Perfect apartment, we were fine. Nice pool for those who want to swim laps, only a few people. Easy street parking. Restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk. Beach within 10 minutes. Comfortable beds. Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. Everything went really well. Nacho and Leticia were very attentive to make sure everything was fine, from before our arrival to check-out. Friendly at all times and willing to help if we needed anything. The house was perfect, everything was clean, tidy, and it is located in a fantastic place to be able to see the sunset and be at peace. A 10/10!

The accommodation is located in a residential area but it is very quiet, 3 minutes from Arenal beach and 3 minutes from the mountain where you can make hiking trails while enjoying the views towards the sea and nature... there are wild goats in the area always, it is a spectacle. Also, there are several supermarkets nearby and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and relax.

Great location, spacious apartment. Would stay again

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

We spent the whole of February on Menorca in the accommodation. It was really a little paradise. The place is decorated with love and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The surroundings are beautiful and pleasantly quiet in February. We enjoyed the time very much. Judith is a wonderful host. We had a lot of contact. She always asked us how we were doing and gave us many valuable tips. A lovely person. We recommend the place from the heart. 🥰
