Monthly Rentals in Poncha Springs

Loved the place! Will definitely stay again. Has everything for play and work. Loved the King Bedroom, bed, natural light, & the TV! The kitchen had everything you could imagine. Even has a garage.

We were there for our final Monarch Ski Trip. We loved the location, floor plan, cleanliness, amenities, etc... We will be renting again next Ski Season!

What a fantastic place in Salida, CO. Excellent location close to the river, and Monarch Ski Mountain. The place felt brand new with flawless furniture and decorations. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, and glasses. The coffee bar was a nice bonus. A few toys, games, and books to keep the kids entertained were included. There was also a playpen/crib for any babies that may be staying in the condo. I didn't need to contact the host, Lucy, because she was on top of things providing us with instructions to get in and directions. If she will have us likely to book again next year.

We absolutely loved this little cabin, especially the wood fire stove. It was a peaceful and quiet area and I can not recommend it enough for a quiet weekend getaway!
