Vacation rentals with a patio in Polanica-Zdrój

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed – well-equipped with utensils, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and even a washing machine (though we didn’t end up using it, it was great to have it available). The sofa was comfortable to sleep on, and the sauna was a fantastic bonus – a real added value to our stay. There were plenty of games available for kids, both desktop and PlayStation, and having access to Netflix was a nice touch. The neighborhood and apartment complex were quiet, and the parking space was spacious enough for our car. The area is very walkable, and the town itself is charming and offers plenty of things to do and explore.

The stały was very nice. The building is situated near the large ski slope with diver seroutes. Room itself was very functional and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped and people who are planning to come here have a nice place to cook. I encountered an issue with receiving the key from the box near the front door. Instead of " Key pickup" you have to click " key dropoff" and then enter the code. This was a minor issue but Aleš helped me very fast.

Jadwiga’s house was very clean, spacious, and with a lovely view and balcony space overlooking the garden. The area was beautiful and serene. The host was very nice and hospitable. Only thing was that the address given was wrong, so it made it difficult to find the place initially. However the host was very responsive and picked up our calls when we were having trouble finding it. Overall, fantastic and would stay again, loved it!

Skvělé ubytování, které jsme si pronajali během Velikonoc 2025. Dům byl krásně čistý, plně vybavený nádobím na vaření, s grilem a pohodlným venkovním posezením, ideálním na společné večery. Jediné, co nám trochu chybělo, bylo mýdlo na ruce v koupelně – je trochu zvláštní, že hosté musí myslet i na takové drobnosti. I přesto jsme si pobyt moc užili a rozhodně můžeme toto ubytování doporučit dál! Děkujeme!

Wir waren zu zweit für 6 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen, die uns die sehr saubere Wohnung und den Garten, den wir nutzen konnten, zeigte. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat auch auf deutsch einwandfrei geklappt. Basia und Mirek sind zwei sehr nette, gastfreundliche und offene Vermieter. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.

Highly recommended! Wonderful place ! Home away from home . We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the small town after busy and touristy Prague . It’s a short distance from old town , situated in the living quarters ,nice and quiet. The bonus is a large private backyard where our little dog could chase the ball and just enjoy the nature smells after the city stay . Everything in this place has a personal touch , we could tell it was done with a lot of care , not just to let , but to make you comfortable . Better than the pictures , really . It’s very clean , nice bedding , good towels , all kitchen necessities. Even ice in the fridge , which was very good to have on a hot day . The communication with the host was superb . We would love to stay an extra night but it was booked :( The town itself is a hidden gem , historical, clean , friendly , nice restaurants . Off of the beaten path .

Cudownie spędzony czas Noworoczny w kameralnym gronie. Domek przygotowany z nadzwyczajną starannością-kuchnia (wyposażenie lepsze niż, u niektórych w domu). Naczynia, sztućce, miski w całych kompletach . można korzystać aż do zapełnienia zmywarki. Przygotowane kosmetyki, apteczka a nawet artykuły higieniczne dla Pań to duży plus. Na powitanie dostaliśmy duża paczkę kawy z zaprzyjaznionej palarni i przepyszny słój miodu. Cały wystrój domku wręcz zachęca do odpoczynku. Wszystko urządzone ze smakiem, przemyślane a Pani Magda cudowna, ciepla osoba, pomocna we wszystkim o co pytasz i potrzebujesz. Podsumowując, bardzo polecam to miejsce, w którym dzięki właścicielom ich pasji i zaangażowaniu poczujecie się po prostu rewelacyjnie.

Dom położony świetnie, można z ogródka wejść prosto do lasu. Sauna duża, przyjemna. Polecam!

Vielen Dank für die erholsamen und schönen Tage in Ihrer Unterkunft! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, und der große Garten mit Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna bietet viel Raum zum Entspannen. Besonders die ruhige Lage, abseits vom Trubel, lädt zum Abschalten ein. Für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung ist etwas Kreativität gefragt, aber insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt genau unseren Vorstellungen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage, wir kommen gern wieder.

Gorąco polecam ten apartament. Właściciel jest przyjazny i uprzejmy. Wszystko jest dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach. Wszystko jest bardzo czyste, są wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, absolutnie wszystkie przybory kuchenne, a także fajne miejsce do grillowania - od razu widać, że właściciele przemyśleli wszystko w najdrobniejszych szczegółach i dbają o swoich gości. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest świetna, w pobliżu jest wiele miejsc do spacerów. Dziękuję bardzo za wspaniałe wakacje!

Skvělá poloha apartmánu přímo v Dolní Moravě, ale zároveň v klidné lokalitě. Apartmán byl čistý a měl vše, co jsme potřebovali. Rádi se sem vrátíme.

Apartmán je dobře vybavený je tam dostatek prostoru. Ocenili jsme elektrický sušák. Komunikace probíhala přes Airbnb, odpovědi byly rychlé. Jediné co bych doporučila je žaluzie do kuchyně (tam se i spí), večer tam jde dost světla z ulice.

Our host met us at the door (self check-in is also an option) and was very friendly. She was able to tell us where to park and recommend a local ski site that we did not know about. The apartment was new, spotless, and well furnished, with in-floor heating, big screen TV, kitchen, dinning area, and parking. The neighborhood is very residential and we did have to drive everywhere, but there are a few good restaurants near by and it's close to the mountains for ski which is ultimately what we came for. I stayed behind one day to work while the family went skiing, and I can report the internet was definitely fast enough for video conference. There are hot springs within 5 minutes drive as well, which are cheap and quite a nice way to end a day on the slopes. All and all a very nice place.

We have enjoyed our stay in this brand new apartment, perfectly equipped with everything we needed and very quiet. The living space with kitchen is amazing and offers great view from the terrace which gives directly on the slope (very convenient in the winter for the family with kids). The kids room can accommodate up to 3 children which is quite unique. Extra convertible sofa can be used in the living room is a bonus as well. The location is perfect since it has its own underground parking and it is quite impossible to find the parking place in Janske Lazne. We enjoyed the biking and other activities around for kids, located on the top of the cable car only 5 minutes from the apartment. There are many restaurants around for fairly price and we would definitely come back for winter. Ski slope right around the corner which would bring us on the top of Cernohorsky Express and the storage with a private boots dryer locker is a real plus. Nothing to say, everything was perfect .
