Vacation rentals with a pool in Polanica-Zdrój

Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. I have to highlight how tastefully and decently it is furnished. No problem even for discerning guests. Although the house next door may seem close, you don't have to worry at all, you have your privacy. A beautiful place, both the house and the garden . Thank you for the stay.

Everything was one with a star! It can be seen that the owners take very good care of the cottage, we did not miss anything during the stay - the owner was accommodating and helpful, he advised us with tips for a trip, we were pleased with a well-equipped kitchen from a mixer to sharpened knives, dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules, toilet paper, tissues, the cottage was clean and spacious, and the children were excited about the trampoline and playbook and a lot of functional toys in it :-) Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful time in the house with many families. The house has many rooms of different sizes and everything was very lovingly decorated and clean. The beautiful garden with covered pool, hot tub and playhouse for the little ones did not allow boredom to arise. We enjoyed the time very much and everyone was totally thrilled with the accommodation. Thanks for the wonderful time!

we were 10 people and the house was big eanogh for each one of us to have a room and privacy. the house was very clean and comfortable. the hosts were available for anything and answered quickly. we had a very good experience and we recommend it highly.

We celebrated New Year's Eve for the place and I'm sure it wasn't the last time. The place was beautiful and clean. Mr. Lukáš was in great communication with us, so we have nothing to complain about. Thank you.

The place was clean, well-equipped, very simple check-in process at check-in, beautiful design of the entire area. The location is great, very nice place to ski, ski slope 200m walk from the accommodation or other recreation. We really enjoyed the sauna with a pond, a really great experience. The hosts were great, great communication, everything was 100% ready! We felt right at home. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time with friends and family. Children had something to do all day, adults could laze around a bit and relax. Beautiful area and full of attractions - beautiful mountains and views. However, if you want to relax, only in the home garden, you have a clean swimming pool and an infrared sauna. Children have everything they need - from small toys to swings, sandboxes and slides. Very nice hosts, cordial and friendly. In my opinion, a great place to relax both with family and friends. We would like to thank the hosts for their great service, friendly attitude and for making sure that this place is so comfortable and pleasant. We're going to come back here.

We had a wonderful stay, we had a great time. The place is clean, tidy, and has everything you need, and above all, it's warm, which is important on winter days. The only downside is the understatement on airbnb, because the sauna and hot tub are not exclusive, you just have to book the hours where it will be available, otherwise other guests may show up, and such a reservation is only free once for the entire stay (at least we had it for the weekend). I still highly recommend the apartments, I would love to come back! Thank you for your great hospitality and beautiful memories ;)

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended

The place is amazing. We were there in winter, so we were mostly inside. The place is VERY spacious. It can fit 12 people and you wouldn't have to bump into anyone the whole day if you didn't want to. It has a very nice, classical style, and sort of mysterious vibe about it :). We loved it. Also the nature around is beautiful, so perfect for walks / bikes / trips.

There's divine peace. A large garden with fruit trees, a clean and large pool, barbecue, fire pit, ping pong table, bikes, outdoor seating, etc. The property itself is clean and we felt very comfortable there, almost like home. There are lots of attractions, sights, etc. The owners are very nice people who like to advise where to go, where to eat. Overall, there's nothing to complain about.

Great cottage to relax and replenish, not fenced. For adventurers, the trips are further away. Language only Czech, should have learned something but some can also find English☺️that you just have to find.

Lovely home. Would visit again.

Suitable for large parties. Plenty of rooms and bed, equipped kitchen. Nice environment. The only thing you'd like to invest in a cozy home.
