Apartment vacation rentals in Polanica-Zdrój

Accommodation at Mr. Karel's was great. Great for families with children. We each had plenty of privacy thanks to separate rooms, and in the evening, after the children went to sleep, we adults could sit in the kitchen in peace. I also appreciate the two bathrooms. Beautiful environment and there was always something to do, amazing nature and activities for children. Thank you 🙂

There are shopping opportunities in the area. Nice apartment as described. In the area of Nowa Ruda Slupiec / Klodzko you can do some business. Nature, mountains, bike tour, sights & Co. The apartment is absolutely perfect. Beautiful, decorated with love and taste. We didn't find anything that was missing in it. The owners thought of everything! Including quality cookware, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and drying rack. The beds were comfortable and the dense curtains made for super darkness to sleep on. I also have a lot of praise for the precise cleaning. The apartment was spotless. Location is great. A few minutes from the slopes. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the noisy neighbors above and next to us. This is, of course, not a complaint about the owner of the apartment, who is not responsible for others. But I find it important to mention it. The house is noisy and you can hear everything. So after a tiring day of skiing, we didn't rest at night.

Mr. Irek is a fantastic host, communication was clear, precise and fast. Mr. Irek is also characterized by a high personal culture and a pleasant approach to the interlocutor. Perfect apartment for a few days stay, fantastic bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, all the most necessary things on site. In fact, the only thing missing was a change of slippers in the closet and you could actually come without any luggage :) The apartment was so wonderfully prepared :) I highly recommend Mr. Irek and his offer. A wonderful host, a fantastic person. May there be more people like this, the world will certainly be a better place :)

Very good location (starting point in the mountains, by the lake, to the Czech Republic but also an ideal place to visit the historical attractions of the region). Quiet, quiet, close to grocery store, playground, fishing (interesting offer). Accommodation: Very clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, fully equipped. A must-see!

The rented apartment was very lovely. We stayed there for a short work trip, so we recommend it for this purpose. Kłodzko was quite peaceful at this time of year, but there is an amazing opportunity to take a walk to the Kłodzko Fortress, which we highly recommend.

We are enchanted by both the beautiful surroundings and the place. A lovely Host has told you everything and showed you where to shop, eat in the area. The place itself - great, nicely decorated, as described:), parking space 2 steps from the door (huge plus if you have bigger luggage or children:) The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful, a few steps up and you are at the historic church (it doesn't bother you, the bells ring rarely and fairly quiet, even for people with trouble falling asleep it shouldn't be a problem), a few steps down and you're at a bakery/ pastry shop, grocery stores, etc. You'll walk a few meters-you can enjoy a beautiful panorama, mountain views, and a nearby castle, or relax on a square with a beautiful backlit fountain. There are a lot of grocery stores and more in the area, both small/ local and larger ( dino, ladybug). Everything is within walking distance, about 10 minutes (at 3 years:)) large playground, skate park.

Great stay

A great place to stay for a few days or two-week holidays. Very cozy apartment and very well equipped. Located a few steps from the park, so great air, birds singing, and proximity to nature is an added bonus. Tea or breakfast on the large balcony worth recommending! This apartment has some unique warmth that positively affects family time, talking at a large table, or evenings by the board games that were there, but we also had our own. Very kind, warm, and quick contact. Thank you so much for your kind, memorable time. Will definitely be back!

We loved our week in this apartment. It's what we needed - quiet, spacious, clean. Everything just worked and we had plenty of kitchen gear and towels/linens. Very comfortable stay. And the apartment is actually nicer than it looks in the pictures! Also has decent views of the trees and hills surrounding the apartment (along with a few scenic houses as well).

A fantastic place, we absolutely loved it and hope to come back one day.

Highly recommend, good starting point for Zieleniec, clean nice apartment, according to the photos. It is possible to sign up for the sauna with the doorman. Uncovered parking right next to the building and there are always free spaces.

Beautiful area, terrace and balcony available. The apartment is from the "garden" so it is quieter than if it was located from the street. Beautiful views, parking with mountain views, great neighborhood, the apartment itself has what is needed for everyday things:) And Ms. Agnieszka? Super communicative, very polite, friendly and proactive in communication! We highly recommend renting from Ms. Agnieszka!

Beautiful newly furnished apartment, well-equipped (dishes, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, iron,...). The bedrooms are small, but we spent most of our time in the shared room anyway. The wellness is for an additional fee, and it was always well-prepared after the order. The cleanliness was perfect everywhere (in the apartment, in the hallways, and wellness). Hosts are very kind and helpful.

This was such a delightful cottage, on the ground floor below our hosts. It was even better than the photos and all of the rooms were big and well equipped with a garden area outside and separate stunning garden across the track with lots of beautiful cool seats to sit on and read in the heat of the afternoon and a BBQ area. Our hosts were lovely and we had extra generous treats from their garden. It is a 10 min walk into the village for shops and a very good restaurant. We also walked into the Stolwye mountains from there too (about 10-15km). I would highly recommend this gem.
