I stayed here with some friends for a college graduation trip, and the place exceeded my already high expectations! It’s just one block from a Trader Joe’s, which was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again with a large group. Thank you Laurel!

From C&A: This Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. There are two private patios in the front and back of the home. She even had some beverages and water available upon arrival, which was such a welcoming touch. Everything wasn’t too far away from downtown or the airport. There’s also a grocery store and some fast food nearby when you get hungry for a quick and easy meal. Communication was easy. Ms. Donna was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Our favorite parts of the space were the yellow accent colors throughout the house as well as the beautiful paintings. We would absolutely stay here again! Stop scrolling and book it now. You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely make more time next time to enjoy the space. Thank you for your hospitality Ms. Donna!

Great spot in the heart of pacific beach. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway and plenty to do within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot.

We had a nice stay at Teresa’s condo! It was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient for us with a lot of things in walking distance. Teresa was also a fantastic host. She was extremely responsive and proactive.

Really enjoyed our time

We rented Anna's place for a girls' weekend in San Diego and loved it! The location is so great, walkable to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the beach. It felt very central to all the things we wanted to do, and it was easy to Uber from there to other neighborhoods. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we loved having the roof deck to relax outside. Beautiful kitchen with almost everything you'd ever need during your stay. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and stay at Dan and Bretlyn’s! Great location - lots to walk to and one block from the beachside and one block from the bayside on a cute little street. The house itself was perfect from easy checkin & checkout, clean, new amenities and nice decor, very large tv with movie apps, comfy beds, sunny living room and plenty of space for our family. The street noise can be heard when loud trucks go by but for us it was not a big deal at all. Lots of fans to drown it out if needed. We’ve stayed in a lot of SD airbnbs and this was top!! I definitely recommend!!

Location is great! Walking distance to lots of restaurants or a short drive to the beach. Having a garage and a carport spot was very nice, although you need no bigger than a small SUV to use them easily. The place isn't quiet - one bedroom has a loud hum of the hot tub above it, the other comes out to the carports and you can hear people parking and talking. Water pressure in the main bath was not good. Also, bring your own shampoo and soap because theirs smells way too strongly and it's not a good smell. However, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, kitchen stocked, extra towels provided and hot tub was great at the end of the day. A good stay overall. Also, thank you Gemma for being so quick to respond to all of our questions!

We had such a lovely stay at this property. The home was clean and comfortable and the location was unbeatable. We had a little difficulty with the lock upon arrival and Aaron was immediately responsive and helpful. Note that if you are traveling with kids, there is no bathtub (I missed this when I booked!). Would happily return!

I simply had a wonderful stay, I would have rated 7 stars if I could! Kyle was truly an amazing host. The check in instructions were very clear, and the place had everything anyone could possibly need. The studio is beautifully set up, but what stood out most to me was Kyle’s prompt communication, spotless clean space, the kitchen was fully equipped, and parking was super easy. The location was also perfect, a safe neighborhood and just a 10 min drive to downtown and the Gaslamp Quarter. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a super host and a beautiful clean place. I highly recommend this listing and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kyle for your thoughtful and top class hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The house had everything you need. We had our 18 month old daughter with us and the rental has a pack n play that we used for her to sleep in. Everything worked fine and she slept good. The biggest sticking point was very strict check out time. We were loading the car and did check out 30 mins late (Everything takes longer with an 18 month old). Received multiple messages from the owner about leaving and checking out while we were loading the car.

My friends and I had a great stay here for my birthday weekend, steps from the South Mission beach volleyball courts. It was also great having designated parking. We lucked out and there were no guests staying in the second unit so the host graciously let us use both garage spots. The garage also had tons of beach gear, from coolers to beach umbrellas, etc. Our only issue was that the check in instructions on the app did not match the instructions received via text so we were trying incorrect codes for a while before we realized they were wrong. The garage side door is also pretty sticky. Check out on the other hand was a breeze. WiFi worked well for 4-5 of us to be working remotely all at once. But it did lag a bit when we were trying to watch some videos on the TV. Place could use some small updates (for exp not all of the lights worked in the master bedroom) but overall would stay again.

The outside of the location is fine, but the inside is super cute. Very clean, the linens were white, crisp and clean. I felt comfortable because everything was clean. The beds were firm, but comfortable. Spacious bedrooms. Air condition worked well. And nothing but good things to say about the host. Very friendly, easily to talk to and every responsive. The area has tons of cute little shops and cafes. And it a great central location to getting around everywhere in San Diego. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, I was surprised that we didn’t hear any noise. And friendly neighbors. Loved the place. Will definitely stay again. 10/10

My family of 5 stayed at Chad’s home for 3 nights as part of our coastal California trip. The home was easy to locate, had ample street parking and checkin instructions were clear and concise. The home was clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated. Chad was thoughtful to include small touches such as bottles of water, champagne and face masks to supplement our stay. We spent our days exploring all the sites San Diego has to offer. We visited Torrey Pines, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, USS Midway and Petco Park for a ball game. Most of these are accessible by foot or a short Uber ride (Uber drivers are plentiful!) There are countless great places to eat in both Little Italy and the Gaslamp District. We ended each day by the fire pit watching the airplanes land. We travel a lot as a family and Chad’s home and the accessibility to so many great restaurants and activities has made this one of our favorite stays.

Mission Beach was a great destination for a long weekend, and the home was perfect. The owners were very responsive, offering lots of good local recommendations and communicating with us during our stay to ensure we had a great weekend.

This home had plenty of room for our family. It was so nice that each bedroom had a bathroom. We loved the access to the walking paths. Dan was extremely easy to get a hold of when needed, and had some great suggestions to help enjoy the local area.
