BayFront, 3 Private Decks, AC, Garage, Beach Toys

JustinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place is pretty awesome! Great for a family or some friends. It is the first floor of a house that is right on the bay. The bay water is very peaceful/calm and the beach side (more waves) is a short walk away. Lots of people in this area walk and biking around. Beautiful views of the water from inside and the patios. Would stay again!

NEW Luxury Beach Home | 3BR | Balcony | Firepit

LilyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The location is excellent, and the home was clean and welcoming. The host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful—we especially appreciated the welcome tray with hats, water bottles, and a helpful guidebook in the kitchen. Makeup towels were a nice touch, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials, though cooking oil wasn’t provided so bring some with you. Beach chairs and a cooler were available, but there were no beach umbrellas. One detail to note: the bunk bed room features two full-size beds (top and bottom), but there is no trundle, which may be important for families needing separate sleeping spaces. We did experience a few minor electrical quirks: the patio lights flash periodically at night, which can be distracting when trying to sleep, and the kitchen light and bathroom fan take a moment to turn on after flipping the switch. Overall, it’s a great spot for a family vacation and we enjoyed our stay!

Beach & Bay | Boho Cottage

PaulRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Cozy place well located with plenty to do within walking distance. Parking was tight but seems like all of the places in that location are — go for a smaller car/SUV. Diana was very responsive. In fact we were having trouble with the door code (user error not her fault) and she noticed a few failed attempts and called us before I even had a chance to text for help. Great experience with this host, I would highly recommend.

Island Court Cottage! Beachy & Best Location

We had a great time! The location was short walk to the beach, Starbucks (bonus) 😉 and several restaurants and stores. We rented the beach cruisers and rode along the boardwalk and also on the bay side (perfect if you want less crowded spot) . Everything was organized and easy to find, clean and cozy. Definitely would stay again. 😊👍🏼

House on Quiet S Mission Ct-SUP, kayaks included

AshleyRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We had an incredible stay at Dawn's home in Mission Beach. She was extremely responsive before and during our stay when we had a question or needed help. The location of her home was perfectly situated for our family- closer to the bay side but only a block or so away from the ocean side. The included toys, games, and books were amazing for our seven year old. We all enjoyed a great bike ride around the bay, too! The kitchen had lots of extra small appliances and amenities that made it easy to cook many meals during our stay. The outdoor firepit and patio made for relaxing evenings with a view of the Sea World fireworks. In the listing, Dawn mentions that the garage is a tight fit for larger vehicles. Parking our minivan was very tight so we appreciated Dawn's heads up that we could keep the garage door open so that we didn't need to use street parking.
