Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Point Loma, San Diego

Erik was very accommodating. I will admit there was so much do to in the area that we didn’t spend much time at the house aside from sleep. The area is amazing and has tons of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants to keep you moving . The beach is an easy walk unless you want to bring a lot of stuff and hang all day. Then I would suggest driving or have a wagon.

The place looked just like the pictures. Nice little home and a quiet neighbor hood. I want to mention the bed mattresses in the bedrooms, they were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. And I’m not exaggerating either. The place has a cozy vibe to it. My girlfriend and I loved it. Great restaurants in Ocean Beach. Lisa was easy to get a hold of. Answered my messages right away. Thanks Lisa!

Patrick's place is conveniently located near airport and other venues we need to go. Though we could hear the planes after 6am, but it were always quite after we got back (after 9pm). His garden is beautiful, Spanish themed deco was just like the photos. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay at the Carter Cottage was beyond words. We struggled to find a home that could accommodate our group for the weekend we stayed and we were overjoyed to find such a perfect retreat. Not only was the home well positioned in town near the sunset cliffs and local eateries, it was hard to leave because the house was designed so beautifully. Every detail was thoughtfully done. We really had a hard time saying goodbye at the end of our stay. We will be making this our destination going forward. Thank you Ashlyn and Travis!

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Vista Lomita. Crystal’s place was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. It was perfect for our little family. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made meals super easy, and we loved spending evenings on the patio by the fireplace. Our toddler had a blast, especially with the beach chairs and toys provided! It made beach days effortless and fun. Parking was easy and being just a short walk to Better buzz coffee was a great bonus. We felt so at home and enjoyed every single day. Can’t wait to come back!

Jasmines place is a gem! In a very peaceful area, beautiful view to walk out to every morning. The outside deck was a huge plus, very cozy. She not only gave us good food recommendations but was very flexible with our check out time. Would recommend to anyone!

Tamaras listing was exactly like her pictures for a first timer In san diego the location was so beautiful and peaceful right off the beach exactly what I needed for a mini vacation I loved that it had its own little cozy balcony, and rooftop grill/ fire pit overlooking the view of imperial Beach there was so much to do in walking distance you couldn't beat the price for this place would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions we had no matter the time if day thank you for making my stay worth it !

We had a lovely Memorial Day weekend at Richard's place!! Very cute cottage that was clean, bright, and had all the amenities. We loved that he included a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for us to use. The beach was an easy few blocks away and took about 10 to 15 minutes to get to. Restaurants are within walking distance too. There were also plenty of bikes and helmets available to use and my family was able to enjoy a lovely ride in the neighborhood. Richard was very responsive, helpful, and kind. We enjoyed ourselves and look forward to going back!!

Amazing place, it’s a great place for a couple. Restaurants are at a walking distance. Lauren was really helpful throughout the whole stay with any questions we had. Will definitely book again when we visit in the future.

Pretty much perfect. Location is just stupid perfect. Walk right over to the Del Coronado, right to the beach, right to coffee. The place is perfect for a couples romantic stay. I plan on going back each year. I would suggest using their parking at the B of A right next door. Totally worth it. I really have zero bad things to say. Value A+. Easy A+ Clean A+. Safety A+++++. Lobster rolls across the street A+. Buzzed coffee around the corner A++++. I’ll be back.

The apartment was in an excellent neighborhood. Just far enough from the town of Ocean Beach to avoid the noise, yet convenient enough to be accessible. The place itself was very nice and had all the amenities. Very clean. Good mattress, comfortable furnishings. Marc was very responsive when I sent a message, I had the answer in no time. There were a lot of food essentials available, so I could have a coffee without going to the store first. Overall, a great stay!

Loved staying at Lauren’s place. Upon entry, the space leading up to the apts front door was tighter than we expected - it was one unit of a few in a tight backyard. That said, the inside looked exactly as photos, spotlessly clean, the location was great, and it felt private. Lauren was very responsive and friendly, sharing local restaurant recommendation if desired. I would stay here again as it gave us a quiet homebase to relax with easy access to great food as we explored San Diego.

The location was close to downtown, easily walkable. The space was adorable, loved the decor. All linens and towels were fresh and clean and the kitchen was well -appointed. The outdoor patio Is very nice but the weather was a little too cool for us to use. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

It's a lovely home in a beautiful place. Peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature (with town only a few minutes away). Graciously hosted, with consideration and attentiveness. We deeply enjoyed our stay.

This is one of those true gems you’re absolutely stoked to stumble upon. The minute we drove down the country lane and saw the house, my wife and I knew we had found a truly magical getaway. We both agree it’s one of the top three homes/properties we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing! Every square inch of the property is amazing. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked and perfect for those who enjoy cooking. We cooked three of the four nights because we just loved the atmosphere and views so much! Our four year old absolutely loved exploring the trails, pond and backyard. The hot tub was in perfect condition. Rare! The awesome fire-pit on the balcony was perfect for making smores and staying warm while listening to the frogs sing while stargazing. We played games, watched movies and just had a perfect long weekend. The worst part was having to say goodbye! It was so peaceful, it’s going to be hard to beat such a good nights rest. Another week would have been nice!

Amazing place to stay with our family. So much to do on the ranch that we didn’t even have to leave to find something to do. It felt like a home away from home and being surrounded by animals was an animal lovers dream. My teenage nephews who are always on their phones even loved it here. Nick the dog was the sweetest and walked us and our guests to the front door and showed us around the ranch. Chancelor was an amazing host and provided us with so many recommendations and offered a tour of the ranch. We definitely have to come back to take him up on his offer so we can learn more. My family and I are thinking of making this an annual trip!

The home was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and felt cozy yet spacious. Every detail—from the comfortable bedding and well-stocked kitchen to the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, breathtaking mountain view from the pool. We especially how quiet the neighborhood was. Our host Posh was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort and experience. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it whole.

This place is amazing. I slept so well since the location is quiet and secluded. Colleen is quick to respond and super kind. The design of the cabin itself is pretty as well. I would 100% stay here again.

I absolutely fell in love with the historical charm of this cabin! It’s such a delightful spot, filled with an amazing atmosphere that makes it a perfect getaway. One minor hiccup during our trip from Arizona back to San Diego was the lack of cell signal, which made checking in a bit challenging. However, that small inconvenience couldn’t dampen our spirits! The vintage bathtub added such a lovely touch to our stay, and I appreciated the old-fashioned heating system that kept us cozy when the night air turned chilly. The porch was a gem as well! Nestled in nature and featuring comfy seating, it was the ideal spot to unwind. While the area doesn’t allow for outdoor lights, having a flashlight handy is a great idea if you’re arriving after sunset. The location is perfect for a leisurely stroll, and we enjoyed the fascinating history shared. Overall, we are truly grateful for the opportunity to experience this. Another bonus is that Julian is just down the street!

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying here during memorable day weekend. There was something for all of us to do. We fished at lake every day, a big plus for my husband as it was just a few short minutes away from the front door, to the quality time we had inside the house playing pool, to the top tier coffee machine that allowed me cozy mornings on the patio listening to the birds with my husband, to the smores we made outside at the fire pit while gazing at the stars. The house is so beautiful and inviting, curated with such an eye for detail and warmth. We truly cannot thank you enough for sharing your home with us and we cannot wait to visit again soon one day.
