Waterfront vacation rentals in Point Loma, San Diego

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend right on the beach! The view was beautiful from the courtyard steps and out the windows! It was great cooking in the kitchen because the kitchen was stocked with the needed utensils. We hope to come back again sometime.

Jasmines place is a gem! In a very peaceful area, beautiful view to walk out to every morning. The outside deck was a huge plus, very cozy. She not only gave us good food recommendations but was very flexible with our check out time. Would recommend to anyone!

Really nicely situated between the beach and the bay!

This place was in such a convenient location with so many places to walk to! The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also really nice and big. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Danial’s place in Mission Beach! The location was perfect. We walked everywhere or used our wheels. It had everything we needed and the bottle of wine left for my stay was icing on the cake. Thank you so much for being so accommodating with check-in and checkout ! We will definitely be back !

This is my second time staying at this location, it’s absolutely my favorite! Right across from Pacific Beach and in walking distance from lots of great restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a beachfront experience. The area feels safe and clean, you can see San Diego City takes care of this beach daily. As for the Air BnB itself: very clean, bathroom is spotless & kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils. It had everything we needed! Can’t wait to stay again sometime!

Beautiful apartment just as pictured. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and spacious. Mark was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great location not too far from La Jolla.

We loved this place. even though it was cloudy and windy, the porch was our favorite place to be! We watched Sea Lions, seagulls, pelicans and surfers during our morning coffee and dusk wine sunsets. Location was also great, within 15 to 20 minutes we were able to explore so much during the 3 days we were there. If you can only do a couple of things I suggest spending a couple of hours at the Cabrillo National Monument $20 valid for 7 days, you can hike, visit the monument, light house, tide pools, visitor center, The view is spectacular! Then head to Old Town and ride the 2 hours trolley - hop on and hop off or enjoy the full ride. Mexican food galore or stop by Little Italy for some yummy pizza! It was our first time in San Diego, but we will be back for sure, and hopefully Rick's place will be available! also a bonus, you get to use the garage!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb right on Mission Beach! The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the sand and perfect for a relaxing, chill vibe. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and very kid-friendly, which made it perfect for our family. The host, Evan was incredibly accommodating, even with some last-minute changes we had. He checked in to see if we needed anything and was always responsive and kind throughout our stay. We really appreciated the great communication and hospitality. Overall, we absolutely loved the experience and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. It’s super nice, was very clean, and the living space in general was very comfortable and felt like home. The Little Italy area was perfect—lots of great restaurants and a fun area to walk around. The place is also super close to a trolley stop, so can very easily get into the downtown area without driving/ubering. We stayed here and took the trolley right to the convention center for a conference. There are two beds which can each sleep two people comfortably. I think otherwise you’re looking at the couch/air mattress. We only had 3 people so this wasn’t an issue. Only things I would change about the place would be an included parking space and earlier check in time.

This is a beautiful Triplex home. We had our own private entrance and carport and rarely ran into the other friendly tenants. Sitting on the patio you can see beautiful views of sailboats coming in and out of the jetty. The Mission Beach and Bay walking paths are both steps from the front door. We walked right around the corner to the bay and spent an entire day there. The home is also just a short walk to Belmont Park. This place has everything you need including Beach supplies and a small but very livable space. My small family and I had a great time and would definitely stay again if given the chance. Andrew, the host was very friendly and responsive. Self- check-in was seamless and simple with the electronic keypad on the door. Awesome place in arguably the most beautiful part of San Diego. I would tell you to book it but I want it to be available next time I'm in town don't want to miss out on this hidden gem, LOL! We had a wonderful time and I would gladly do it again!

Loved our stay at Jacqui’s. Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk, yet very quiet and peaceful. The unit is cozy and has everything we needed for our stay. The deck area was the highlight as we could relax and enjoy the afternoon with a great balance of sun and shade. Parking is tight for getting a toddler in and out of the car seat but the alley was quiet enough that we never felt rushed.

I had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place! The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Chris was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. His clear communication made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed space.

Adam was a wonderful host, and the house was absolutely beautiful. Before our arrival, he mentioned that the property could be a bit tricky to find, but thanks to his detailed directions, we had no trouble at all. The home was clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. I highly recommend staying here—I’d definitely love to return in the future.

This Airbnb has everything that you could possibly need and while it is a studio, it's actually roomy. There's a large, very comfortable king-size bed, but it doesn't feel like it takes up a lot of space. The couch is a pull-out bed as well, and it’s long enough to for somebody that's 5'6” or smaller to be able to sleep on it. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including ice cube trays and a light underneath the microwave. So, it feels homey. There's a bar that has five chairs facing the strandway where you can see the glimpses of the ocean. There are plenty of plugs for gadgets. There's a closet that has all kinds of linens. Anything you could possibly need from extra blankets to extra pillows, extra towels. In the kids' room, there are bunk beds that are large enough for an adult to sleep on the bottom (5’6” or shorter). The bathroom is has nice lighting and a window that opens up the street. The patio outside has plenty of space for two to three people to sit.

We had a wonderful time at Harry’s place. Tons to do within driving distance. Location fantastic - literally bike rentals on the corner and a few seconds from the house you’re on the promenade biking in either direction. We loved the house and overall amazing family vacation.

Excellent place to stay! What a great location and view! Gorgeous. Walkable to so many wonderful places. Great food, beaches, stores, beach boardwalk and more. A close drive to the Zoo, La Jolla and beautiful parks. Not too far from the airport. The place was very clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

We really enjoyed staying here! Our favorite part was the view. It was so amazing to see and hear the ocean from both patios. The location in Pacific Beach was great! Steps from the beach and the boardwalk! Beautiful sunsets. Lots of restaurants and groceries really close. Easy to drive to other areas north and south really quickly. The parking spot in the garage was super helpful to have. Never had to worry about parking. Also great to have access to some beach chairs and towels. Beds were comfy. Appreciated the nice counter space in the primary bathroom. One thing to note for all you tall people out there. The height of the primary shower head was low. Not a big problem for me at 5’8” but my hubby is 6’4”. Good news is that the 2nd shower has a hand held sprayer so the problem was solved. Just an FYI for those that want to know.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Glenna and Bill were as wonderful as their home. Spacious 3br for the bayfront! Truly, on the water, and with four little kids it was so nice to have the beach out your front door. Their patio is also one of the best on the bay with ample space and seating. We enjoyed meals out there and sitting back in the rocking chairs after tucking the kids in.

Loved the location of this home! It also was very clean and comfortable. We had a 9-month old with us and it was really nice to see a high chair for us to use. There is also a closet full of beach items! But unfortunately it was a little too chilly for us to go to the beach which is steps away from the house. There’s also lots of restaurants walking distance which was very convenient. Only one parking spot but we were able to park our second car on the street, just watch the signs for parking restrictions. We loved this home and hope to stay here again!

Chris did a great job making sure we were able to enter and we were happy. The place was spotless, newly renovated with the latest designs and literally right on the beach and boardwalk with incredible views! I highly recommend the home and PB in general!!

Great condo, with incredible views. Very well kept, and very close to everything in Mission Beach. Would definitely choose this place in the future.
