A lovely place to stay, great facilities and an amazing large roof terrace. Really quiet and a lovely location. It's Just a few minutes walk from the 16 bus route, which goes straight into the centre of Valencia. There is a large supermarket just 5 minutes walk away and a trolley in the apartment to help carry your shopping back. The Metro line 3 is a further walk away about 25minutes walk to the nearest station. Its a great place to stay.

Your place was the perfect home away from home: comfortable, welcoming, and in such a great location to explore this beautiful city. We especially loved discovering the local bars and restaurants—each one had delicious food and drinks! We really appreciated the little touches and how thoughtfully everything was prepared for our arrival. It made all the difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. Also , Rafa was a brilliant host , his instructions were crystal clear , and he gave us recommendations throughout the trip , even checking up half way through to see how we were doing and giving us further recommendations. Highly recommend this stay !

Very good apartment. Comfortable beds, well equipped. Includes a good office for those willing to work from home.. Good acoustic insulation. Good swimming pool. Great location, close to many good restaurants, supermarkets and metro station. Calm neighborhood. Carolina always responded very quickly. For sure, we would come back.
