Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa Flamingo

A fantastic place with a very friendly host ready to make you feel like home. Very clean and all as in the pictures. Will be happy to come back if I’m ever in Coco again.

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

I stayed in the container. enough space for me. I would definitely stay again. Probably my new go to spot when in town, may try the bigger rooms though. but wouldnt hesitate to stay in the container again. Everything was clean and loved the early morning routine using the french press outside coffee station.. the grounds are beautiful. Great deal, friendly staff and the location is perfect. right next to two of the best restaurants in Tama.

I loved staying with Ana! She was very helpful in letting me leave luggage early, was very responsive and the space was beautiful. It was amazing to have a quiet spot to myself yet still be close to all Tamarindo has to offer. I can’t say more how helpful and responsive Ana was as a host, you will never want to leave her space! Thanks Ana!

La pasamos muy bien, el luhar contaba con todo lo que necesitabamos. Unicamente el Descorcha Vinos jeje pero pudimos solucionar. Estefania muy servicial y empatica con nuestra hora de llegada y salida para dejarnos disfrutar un poco más. Volveremos definitivamente. Gracias!

Première expérience à l'étranger en Airbnb...Superbe séjour! On a bien apprécié la villa, la piscine et la terrasse extérieure annexée aux chambres. Coup de coeur pour la playa Conchal qui est tout près en auto. Pour relaxer et se reposer, c'est un très bon endroit. Marie est très accueillante et répond rapidement à nos questions.

Thomas y su esposa fueron excelentes anfitriones. Amables, receptivo, muy atentos. Nos permitieron hacer una parrillada e invitar familiares que viven en la zona (eso lo grdecí mucho) la casa super cómoda, limpia, elegante. Lo recomiendo al 100%

We had a great stay! The place was nice, clean, and just about 300 feet from the beach, with several other beaches nearby as well. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and gave us a warm welcome. Highly recommend!

Un vrai paradis! La maison est tellement belle! Avec sa cuisine à air ouverte et la piscine nous avons passez des beaux moments . Il y a 2 chambres séparés avec leur propre salle de bain ce qui a été super pour mes ados Très propre , moderne et très tranquille Cette maison a été un plus dans nos vacances ! J’y retournerais

Excellent property for our party of five. The property was clean and spacious and the views from the patio and balcony are outstanding. We had a few minor issues trying to work the TVs and the lighting in the master bedroom was slightly dim. Overall everything was great. Will book this property again in the future!

The villa was amazing. Exactly as shown and described. Had a wonderful time, really enjoyed the villa . The view was amazing. Pastora and her husband were kind and very responsive to anything we needed. The area was fantastic. Plenty of options for adventures. Great restaurants . Locals were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

For some reason the room have only hot water,but, is just an small detail, the place is so nice and calm, I will back for sure

Very cool place. Pool was awesome and so were wildlife and views. Behind big gate and the AC was great all over the house. Washer and dryer nice touch. Saw cows horses birds and monkeys.

This apartment was a fantastic find. My favorite part was the rooftop patio, which had stunning views of the bay and unforgettable sunsets every evening. The complex has several pools, and my husband and I found our favorite: a shaded one with plenty of loungers and chairs, perfect for cooling off during the 35°C days. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the beach, neighbourhood restaurants, and coffee shops. We even caught a Toronto Maple Leafs playoff game at The Wave bar nearby! 8 minute walk to main street, where we discovered some great restaurants and charming shops. I even bought a beautiful ring at Amano Jewelry, a locally owned shop run by a husband and wife team who sell their own creations along with pieces by other local artists. Dorita was a wonderful host. Her instructions were clear and helpful. She was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended — we’d absolutely stay here again!

Words can't describe how awesome Laura and Melissa are! Before we even our started our trip to Coasta Rica they both greeted us and explained instructions very clearly. Upon arrival, Laura promptly gave us a walk through on the property's amenities. Not one item within the property felt like it was unnecessarily placed, everything does its part to add to the beautiful esthetics of the home. If you're a coffee or tea in the morning I'll highly suggest have a cup in the morning and taking in the view from the balcony. From a comfort perspective, the a/c and hot water works great. Also, During our stay, Melissa helped organize a boat tour for us that was a blast. I could go on and on about the beauty of this place but I'll leave my review with this, if you ever find youself in the Playa del Coco area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend choosing this location as a way to supplement the memories you're going to make while visiting this beautiful country.

Loved staying here! The space was great and very accessible to everything.

Condo has great views, clean with plenty of towels and all the equipment you need for the beach. Renee made everything easy and stress free. She also connected us to Brian Gonzales, the owner of Gi Brian Tours! Brian is a phenomenal tour guide and highly knowledgeable of the ecology of the area. Highly recommend.

This beach condo was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best views I’ve ever had the pleasure of waking up to. From sunrise to sunset, the scenery was nothing short of breathtaking. Watching boats head out in the early morning while sipping coffee, with the sound of waves in the background, was pure bliss. The condo itself was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need—even a professional chef, which was such an unexpected luxury! Whether lounging on the sun-drenched lawn, relaxing by the pool, or just enjoying the peaceful ambiance inside, everything felt effortless and relaxing. Getting down to the beach was a bit of a hike, so I’d recommend driving if you have the option—but trust me, it’s totally worth it once you’re there. A truly special place I wouldn’t hesitate to return to. Highly recommend!

Meagan's unit was a cozy home away from home. It was well stocked. Meagan was proactive and communicative during my whole stay and provided great recommendations. The pool was beautiful and facilities were very clean. The rental location is at the end of town, not well-lit, and lacking sidewalks. I found it easier to walk to town 15 minutes along the beach and start my day at Cafe Corazon each day, and returned back to the beach at 5pm for sunset. For dinner after dark I took an Uber, but golf carts are easily available. Despite the dark, I felt very safe and locals were friendly.

Absolutely loved this place! Very nice and cozy apartment with a superb location near restaurants and only 500 meters from the beach! I will definitely be staying there again!!!

Apartamento bastante completo y con todo lo necesario, grande, limpio y espacioso. Yanis respondía bastante rápido aunque quedó 1 pregunta sin responder que nos dijo iba a investigar y no se nos solucionó el problema reportado del TV de la sala, pero es algo mínimo. Cuenta con parqueo para los autos pero no es cerrado, quedan a la orilla de la carretera. Recomendado, mas por su ubicación, siendo fácil para movilirase a otras playas.
