Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playa Flamingo

We loved this place! The views are stunning! I could sit on the decks for hours just staring at the view and listening to the waves. We made a big breakfast and ate it on the deck one morning…breath taking.. You even have a view while showering in the master bath! The best beaches are within minutes- Playa Flamingo & Playa Conchal. I ran to Playa Flamingo beach in 10 minutes. The sunsets from Playa Flamingo beach were amazing! The infinity pool was fantastic to come home to at the end of a long day out. I wouldn’t hesitate booking this place again.

My husband and I took our first family vacation with our 2.5 year old son, and Pedro's home was the perfect family-friendly location. First, the home itself felt even nicer than shown in the pictures. The home was spotless, spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. Our toddler was delighted by all of the beach and pool toys on the property, and the pool has a large shallow ledge that made swimming much more accessible to him. The pool was cleaned every morning by the groundskeeper who was very friendly. The property is fully gated, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing that Pedro and his wife lived on the third floor, and the groundskeeper also lived on the property. That said, our stay still felt private. The location and views simply cannot be beat. Each evening, the sun sets directly in front of the property over the ocean. Playa Hermosa as a whole was quiet, calm, and welcoming, and I'd argue that Pedro's home is the best property there.

This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

This place exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do justice. The restaurant at the top is AMAZING. Lizette, the person who received us, is a beautiful person and very knowledgeable. Don’t think twice to book this!!!!

From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. I stayed in the container. enough space for me. I would definitely stay again. Probably my new go to spot when in town, may try the bigger rooms though. but wouldnt hesitate to stay in the container again. Everything was clean and loved the early morning routine using the french press outside coffee station.. the grounds are beautiful. Great deal, friendly staff and the location is perfect. right next to two of the best restaurants in Tama.

The stay at Katie & Happy’s apartment was really very good. The location was excellent, and it only took a 2-3 minute walk to get to the beach, with plenty of good dining options nearby. Everything was clean, the amenities were very extensive, and communication was also very good. I can only recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful home, close to many restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that you can hear almost everything outside and if there are people talking or driving by it is easily heard in the bedroom but the neighbour hood is quiet otherwise, other than that it was a very comfortable stay and safe!

What a find! While we were only there for a night, we absolutely loved it here. Clean, convenient and beautiful.

The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the whole house including Infiniti pool were so inviting we didn’t want to leave the house. Nice breeze most days as well. Ricardo was great at helping us arrange outings, including transportation. A car could be helpful to get around but we had a great local company that was able to take us everywhere we needed to go at a reasonable rate. The rain forest was a doable trip and there are numerous beaches within 15 minutes ride of the house. Loved our stay! It was also amazing to have breakfast included & prepared every morning and affordable dinners prepared at night as well.

5 Stars – Best Airbnb I’ve Stayed In! This place was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent—just 50 yards from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean every day. The home itself was spotless, with a beautiful pool and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Vidal was amazing—super helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Hands down, this is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

The best Airbnb I’ve ever booked, worthy of a honeymoon. The pool is amazing, the lighting is artsy, the rooms are spacious, the set up is unique. You feel like you’re in a movie. I will be coming back for sure, especially since they’re upgrading and building new homes on the property which I’m sure will also be stunning.

Our stay in Potrero was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. Francisco was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Amy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions and offer helpful local recommendations. The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable—truly a home away from home. The pool was nice and refreshing, a wonderful addition that made relaxing after a day of exploring even better. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the sunset experience in Las Catalinas and dining at Sentido Norte. Do yourself a favor and make time for both. The views are breathtaking, and the food and atmosphere at Sentido Norte are top-notch. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and well-hosted Costa Rican getaway!

We had an amazing stay here, the house had everything we needed and having 3 bathrooms was great. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The pool and area around it was very nice too. It was a great experience overall!

This place was an amazing stay. I was traveling with 6 of my college friends and slept perfectly comfortable on couches and doubles in bedrooms. The property is amazing, clean, great views, and perfectly private for us. Make sure you keep your eyes and ears out for howler monkeys, toads, tortoises and lots of tropical birds. This place is perfect for visiting several beaches, it has a strategic location. It is a bright and very well decorated place, the house is just as in the photos, the pool area is beautiful and the night lights help to make the atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable during the stay. The place was exactly what we needed for our vacation. It was convenient and in a quiet safe place away from the hustle and bustle from the down town of Coco. We had a car and a parking spot and we were a few blocks away from the closest restaurant. We were the only ones there for the week. The other units were not occupied and we had the pool to our selves. The pool was nice to cool off at the end of the day. The unit had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.

Best AirBNB I’ve stayed at. Had everything you could ever want and truly felt like a home. All the nice extra touches made it truly wonderful stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable spaces. Pool was great and super quick walk to the beach. Owners blog ultimatepurevida had all kinds of helpful tips and recommendations. Wonderful place couldn’t recommend more. Pura Vida!

Brandon’s place was exceptionally beautiful. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The pool table got a lot of use! The views from the balcony were stunning. I would argue that these were the best sunset views in the entire town! The front balcony offered sunrise views as well! We spent most of our time on the rear balcony, enjoying those views. It was clean, easy self check in and the property manager Allen was very responsive and helpful in setting up excursions! We wished we could have stayed another week! We enjoyed our stay here! The place is well appointed and large and comfortable (the bed was super comfortable and that’s always important to me). Location was close to beach and lots of shops and restaurants (please note it’s down a dirt road so plan your shoes accordingly). We enjoyed many of the recommendations given including Falafel Bar, Breaking Bread, Little Lucha (for $3 taco Tuesday) and Baula.

We love going to Reserva Conchal and Daphne's place had everything we wanted, from plenty of bedrooms, to a great location and view overlooking the golf course. Once inside the reserve, we had access to both The Westin and The W and all the amenities they had to offer. Great place to spend a weekend.

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need.

We had an amazing stay at Condo Coral! The space was spotless, beautifully renovated, and exactly as described — even better in person. The location is perfect: peaceful yet just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were super comfortable, and we especially loved relaxing on the balcony with the ocean breeze. Katie & Happy were excellent hosts — very responsive and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again!
