Margarita is a great person, very flexible despite my frequent changes of opinion has always been open and hassle-free❤️ The apartment is quiet very friendly neighbors. I stayed at Margarita's place for almost 3 months and everything was great :) Beautiful neighborhood, close to the beach, shops about 700 meters away. We spent 5 great weeks at the apartment. The view and location were unbeatable. The caretaker was also very friendly and helpful. Contact with Ladis and Rosy was very friendly and pleasant. We ended our stay a week earlier because of the weather-related situation.

The apartment is very well located in Oropesa. Very comfortable to park and with elevator you can reach the beautifully decorated and clean apartment. Everything for everyday needs is available. Since our trip took place in October, the pool had unfortunately closed - in the high season certainly a great addition. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Beautiful fine sand, everything really clean here too. There was little activity in Oropesa, partly deserted. We therefore drove to the surrounding towns such as Benicassim or Castellón, which were also easily accessible from there. Roberto is a unique landlord, very friendly, committed and always responsive. He actually earned the title of Superhost.
