As described, it's a lovely, quiet location. With a nice decorated apartment, with a beautiful view over the beach and the sea. In the morning you have one on your terrace. The reception of Carme and Josep is very warm. And they give good tips.

The apartment is perfect for spending a few days, the spectacular views on foot of the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. The area is very quiet because despite being next to the beach is after the promenade ends, a shame we couldn't take advantage of the beach because it was still fresh and the water was freezing. Perhaps the only thing to take into account is that it is close to the train tracks and is heard every time one happens, but it doesn't get to bother. Silvia's attention was always correct and attentive, due to what we might need.

We had a wonderful holiday in Juan's home. It is located 2 min walk from a small family beach and other coves within walking distance where we were able to indulge in family snorkeling. We were also able to enjoy the pleasant pool in the house between two swimming at sea. Calafat is a quiet town on the Costa Dorada basically made of houses but with a small grocery store and restaurant all the same, far from the hustle and bustle of the Costa Brava and its tall buildings, which totally suited what we wanted. We still spent a day visiting Barcelona (at 1h30) and of course a day in Port Aventura (30 min). The children were delighted. The house has all the comforts you need, including fans in the bedrooms on the ceiling, which was much appreciated at night.Juan was responsive and friendly during our communications and Ana, who welcomed us on our arrival, very friendly. Thank you.

From the moment we booked online, Juan has been an excellent host, extremely responsive when I had questions before our visit. The day before we were due to arrive, I received a booklet with more information about the house as well as instructions on how to get inside. The house was spotless, in a beautiful location, steps away from the beach (you can hear the sea from the balcony). On the day we were leaving, Juan and his wife came to introduce themselves and it was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you Juan and family 😊 Highly recommended.

Edu's apartment is super nice. Beautiful, nicely decorated, clean and a perfect location almost on the beach. In addition, the communication with Edu is very nice. He is very responsive and very kind. In short: recommended!

Great! This is a return trip to Caroline's house. We are always delighted, the house is as described with all the amenities, the residential complex is quiet and beautiful so you can disconnect and rest. Caroline and Magda are very friendly. We hope to be back soon. ☺️

Very nice villa, super location with sea acess 5 minutes away,supermarket 3 minutes ( walktime ) and everything else ist just a couple minutes further away. In the villa everything was clean and functional, big/deep and clean pool, lot of space inside , lots of kitchen ustensils ,coffee machine, 2 frigdes,oven,big stone bbq and every room has a super modern AC ...... We were there mid septembre . It was windy and litlle fresh thiccer blanket's would have been nice . That's all 99% from 100 points . Hosts where super friendly,reactif and give us good advice when needed for good restaurants ans other location . Thanks for the super holidays Teresa .

From our first contact with Sylvana, we were aware of her total commitment in ensuring that every detail of renting accommodation was seamless and easy. All instructions were clear. The accommodation was spotless, extremely well equipped and Sylvana spent time ensuring that everything was explained to us. The apartment boasts stunning views of the sea and is nestled in a quiet, calm complex which is maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed our holiday and will return. Very beautiful vintage style house. We were pleasantly surprised when entering the house, as the pictures do not do the house justice. In addition, the landlord is very responsive in case of any problems. The house is very well arranged. Despite the 35 degrees outside, the house was cool thanks to its air conditioning. The road in front of the house is now an exclusively pedestrian path, making the outdoors quieter and safer. The house is fully equipped, from the bucket to the thrift, which is a big plus. A quick note, however, about the size of beds that are not of standard sizes. We had a great time in this house, we absolutely do not regret our choice. So we would recommend this villa for your stay in Spain. In addition, this house is very well located, indeed, it is located in a quiet area with a beach just a short walk away!

the place is a quiet, contemporary three level house with a garage and tons of natural light. The host is responsive, communicative and helpful. the location is a short 2 minute walk to cala crancs beach, a secluded small beach with opportunities for snorkeling and other activities. recommend cami de ronda, the sunsets from the light house, and the short strolls to cliffs and beautiful coastline. everything else is just a short car ride away with tons to do. A bit complicated to navigate the streets, but easy with GPS plus the house has parking inside for 2 cars. very spacious and our two families fit nicely. Highly recommended.

Ona is a friendly and responsive host. Check in and out was very easy and she resolved any issues immediately. Amazing communication. Being September, there was barely anyone around and we had the pool ourselves (it's literally opposite the house, so handy). There's a little beach a short walk away with lovely coastal walks either side to Torremdebarra and Altafulla towns. Ona also provides a helpful list of recommended shops, restaurants and activities. Great host and house!

We were in this house only a few days, but it was our favorite place of the whole tour of Spain. The house is right on the beach, and the beach was quite quiet during the day. It is a very quiet area, with easy parking and good access by car or walking to the village. The house was clean, bright, very well equipped and with beautiful views of the sea (which can be seen from the bedrooms). Our host Emma was very friendly and helpful, and she communicated clearly at all times (she offered us a later check out) and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again

The host was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The apartment itself is better than the photos. it was clean and spacious and everything we needed was provided. The beds were super comfortable. All in all exceeded our expectations. i would definitely recommend this apartment. We were even given an extra bed as we added a person to the booking free of charge. Nice place to spend your vacation. Pros: - Location, beach across the street, and many more within walking distance. - A garage full of toys for children, sun loungers, bikes, etc. - a garden with a barbecue area - 2 bathrooms with showers - 3 separate bedrooms - great check-in and flexibility, the lady who deals with it can't work out in English, but there's no problem with google translator:) - equipped kitchen Cons: - no pillowcases, etc. (this is noted in the description, which does not change the fact that it is a big minus) - the surcharge for these "comforts" is 10EUR/person we used. - Wifi internet with some strange limits, it became almost unusable at some time. I don't recommend it for someone who wants to work remotely. - there was food from previous tenants under the beds and in the couch in the living room, not enough but there was not much. Generally a great place, it was nice to visit, but of course you have to keep in mind those drawbacks that happened to us:)

A perfect place to rest, Annie makes sure at all times that your stay is most comfortable. The house has beautiful views and access to amazing beaches just minutes walk away.
