The house is so stunning, actually looks better than the photos with fantastic views from every angle. There are lots of outdoor spaces both sunny and shaded. Great air conditioning too. We had the pool to ourselves every day we went down to it and at various times of day, although we went in the last week of May when the resort was quiet. You can walk to the beach and supermarket but a car is easier. Local beach was stunning. Beautiful sandy coasts, and quiet in May. Lovely cocktail bar within walking distance on the beach with snacks. Just a note there are a lot of steps both in the house and down to the pool. But absolutely worth it for the views from the pool which is huge, and the views from all around the villa. Wilfred was amazing with communication, showed us around the villa and was very fast to reply to texts. Recommend this beautiful local hidden restaurant along the river , and said to go at sunset time. Was amazing, the whole trip was beautiful thank you so much!

Very good location on the promenade with a fantastic view. The apartment is good, it had everything you need during your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped. I liked the pool, it was nice to have a little more swimming after the beach. There are several shops and restaurants in the area, although a car is required for a larger shopping trip.

Beautiful views and it's right on the beach. It's what I was looking for and I love it. There were two of us, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. Beach, pool, views, sun. I hadn't been to Cullera in a long time and I was surprised how beautiful it is and the development is excellent. Rita is a sweetheart. A luxury to enjoy.

We spent four wonderful days, the apartment is a ten, clean, tidy, with everything you need for a great stay, the kitchenware is super complete, the views and the location are formidable, Vicente is a ten as a host, any questions were resolved in a few minutes, the explanations for the arrival were clear, he even left us a welcome gift, the mattresses and pillows are incredible, super comfortable sofas, with chairs, towels and beach supplies, it's nice to go to an apartment and feel at home, recommended two hundred percent.
