El apartamento está situado en la planta baja. Nuestro acogedor apartamento se encuentra en la planta baja del edificio y puede hospedar cómodamente hasta 3 personas 🏠. A 1 minuto andando de la playa. Con 45 m², dispone de un dormitorio, baño completo y cocina integrada con salón comedor, todo en un mismo ambiente. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble de 135 x 190 cm con colchón nuevo para un descanso óptimo 🛏️ y también un sillón cama de 175 x 80 cm para que pueda dormir una tercera persona. El apartamento tiene muy buena ventilación y aire acondicionado frío/calor. La habitación recibe mucha luz natural, creando un ambiente acogedor 🌿✨. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, nevera/congelador, cafetera y hervidor eléctrico 🍳☕. Incluye condimentos básicos y detergente para la ropa, evitando gastos innecesarios. Hay una mesa para 2 personas con sillas, perfecta para comidas en pareja 🍽️. Baño completo con plato de ducha 🚿, amenidades como gel, champú, jabón de manos y secador de pelo. También se incluyen ropa de cama y toallas 🛁. Todo el apartamento es exclusivo para los huéspedes. Wherever you look, you'll see the ocean 🌊 Waking up to the sound of the waves, having breakfast while watching the sunrise over the sea ☀️ going down to the street and finding two beaches right in front of the house 🏖️ taking a dip in the pool 🏊🏼‍♀️ hosting a special meal on the terrace and ending the day with a “siesta” on the sofas while soaking up the sun… Sounds good? A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Ocean views in Denia

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
