The apartment is located on the ground floor. Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people🏠. 1 minute walk from the beach. With 45 m², it has a bedroom, full bathroom and integrated kitchen with living-dining room, all in one space. The bedroom features a 135 x 190 cm bed with a new mattress for optimal rest 🛏️ and also a 175 x 80 cm sofa bed so that a third person can sleep. The apartment has very good ventilation and hot/cold air conditioning. The room receives a lot of natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere🌿✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker and an electric kettle🍳☕. Includes basic condiments and laundry detergent, avoiding unnecessary expenses. There is a table for 2 people with chairs, perfect for couples meals🍽️. Full bathroom with a shower tray🚿, amenities like gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer. Linens and towels are also included🛁. The entire apartment is exclusively for guest use. Casa Montgó is in a prime location, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. It is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for those seeking peace, privacy and relaxation. Spacious and elegant, carefully decorated and with everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay with family or friends. Being away from the urban center guarantees tranquility and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle for getting around, including accessing the garbage collection point.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Ocean views in Denia

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
