Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Platja de Xeraco

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

Nice clean apartment with a sea view and great balcony! Very well equipped kitchen and large TV with lots of channels and Netflix. Elizaveta was very responsive host and Di who welcomed us was great! Definitely will stay there again.

Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

The accommodation is well located a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a grocery store right next door, very convenient. The kids enjoyed playing on the square at the foot of the building: small playground and fountains.

Complete house! Wonderful outside & quiet place. By car quickly to all amenities. Roxana responds very quickly and is very friendly.

A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only miss a small gate on the garden fence, although there is no danger as the development is closed.

The apartment is amazing. The view is fantastic from the 12th floor. We had a storm,it was really good! Really.... The only problem is the coffee machine. Not a Nespresso, not compatible with capsules. We used the other coffee maker. We had a great time. Thank you!

Impeccable accommodation, perfect description and very clean. The residence is ultra secure, the car remains safe in the parking lot with 24/7 surveillance. Everything is present in the residence for the whole family, children's games, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, beach access. We had a fabulous stay and the area is beautiful. We also appreciated the quietness of the residence due to the month of April where tourists were present. In short, we hope to stay there again someday. Thank you Jorge!

We had an exceptional stay at this property. We came to enjoy the roads for beautiful bike rides. The place is quiet, peaceful and perfectly suited for resting after long outings. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and located in an ideal setting for cyclists, with great roads and little traffic. The host was extremely responsive and very friendly, always available to answer our questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. The views are beautiful. A pleasure each morning. We had a setback with the check-in time but upon arriving at the building, Lola's husband was already waiting for us and he was very respectful, attentive and I explain the functionalities of the apartment with details. The stay in the apartment was great. The building has direct access to the beach, which makes it very easy if you are going with small children and looking for more tranquility. The pool is great and has a kiosk in case you need to eat something quickly.

Very nice apartment, very quiet, nice garden and close to the beach. We worked remotely and the wifi worked well. The kitchen has everything you will need. Jean-François is a great host, very friendly and accommodating.
