Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is a two-minute walk from the beach and has parking just below. The only thing I miss is a toaster toasting breakfast bread, but we managed using the oven

Beautiful house where we enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and attractively decorated. We missed a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house as well as the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

The place is great, very clean and in a great area. Maite greeted me in the apartment and allowed us to check in early. She is a host of 10, she made sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it 100%.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Antonio's house is really beautiful. What we liked incredibly well is the very good equipment of garden furniture! There was a place to sit everywhere and if it's too hot downstairs, you can go to the roof terrace where there's always a breeze from the sea. Furthermore, the basic equipment was more than available. e.g. kitchen appliances and spices, enough towels, various cleaning products, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the cleaning of the toilet and the dishes were partly not quite clean but that can happen and since we do not make a big problem out of it, that was also settled in no time. We will certainly recommend it and will be happy to come back!!!!

We've just returned from a half-term break at Lydia's bungalow. On arrivale it was clear that Lydia had thought of everything and was extremely wecloming - ice-creams for the kids, beers and nibbles for adults, floaties in the pool and beach towels as well as pool / bath towels. The bungalow is very well equipped, made us feel like we don't have enough crockery at home...There is plenty of outside seating and the pool was fantastic for the kids. The location is very convenient in a peaceful gated community. The local supermarket is 400yds walk and the beach and many restaurants was less than 10 minutes walk. It was our first time to Xabia and we weren't dissappointed, plenty to do within walking distance of the property.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.

Very good location, it was not necessary to take the car at all. The beach is in front of the building and the promenade. Comfortable apartment, I would have liked air conditioning in the bedrooms, there is only one split in the hallway for the whole house, but there were fans, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms

The apartment was in the best position for views up and down beach - it was right on the sea front. Everything was there that you needed including beach towels and chairs. Although lots of bars etc downstairs noise was minimal. Security in building excellent. Maria was an excellent host throughout entire process. We appreciated the offer of any early check in.
