Martijn and Willem are fantastic. They welcomed us very well and provided useful information on the area (beaches, supermarkets and places to eat in the evening). The house was perfect and had everything you needed and then...enjoy the pool🏊‍♂️. We hope to return to Casa Callas soon😊

A beautiful and large apartment, very well located.

A spacious modern apartment with a large balcony and fabulous view 100m down the street to the sea. It’s nearer to the sea than the photos show and the communal swimming pool was the best in fact the apt is in the very best part of Gandía. Cafe on corner served delicious breakfasts and snacks and the local Spar shop has a fantastic selection of fresh fish if you like cooking. We ate in once just to enjoy the balcony dining but mostly ate out in the good variety of local restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone

We booked this apartment because it included underground parking, but be aware it is first-come first-served and not a reserved space. The car park was full when we arrived (and spaces are tight with cars being bigger nowadays) but luckily someone left after 20 minutes so we used that space and did not dare move the car again during our stay. Once we were parked, it was great and a relief. Yana checking us in and out was very communicative and helpful.

Very quiet residence. .. We were able to enjoy the pool in a well-maintained environment. The apartment is at its best. We highly recommend!!!!!

Fantastic and accommodating hosts. Very knowledgeable about where to eat out if not using the facilities within the apartment. Explained to us about the enter and exit process along with the gated secure access. Lovely pool area to chill and relax, and the gardens looked very well maintained. This is a very spacious apartment with a large balcony which is a bonus.

The apartment is in a very convenient location - within walking distance of shops , restaurants, cafes and of course , the beach is the most important thing and it is chic . The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities - bed linen , plenty of towels, spare pillows , blankets , blankets. There are plenty of dishes for cooking. Microwave and washing machine . The apartment is very warm , sunny. Everything is just perfect . The hostess is a very responsive person , at the first request all the wishes were fulfilled ! We were very satisfied , we stayed in the apartment for 5 months !!!

Quiet and peaceful place, both in the center of town and close to the mountain. The house has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at home. The patio and the 2 rooms are very comfortable for the girls to play. Well equipped with heaters, air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue... Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Although we did not get to meet Amparo, she was very friendly and was willing to answer all our questions.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

100% recommended! Our stay at the cottage was simply perfect. Ana and her husband are exceptional hosts: friendly, attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. The house is impressive, spacious and very charming. We were a group of 13 friends and had plenty of space. Despite it being winter, the temperature inside was very pleasant at all times. One of the greatest pleasures was enjoying its two fireplaces in the huge living room, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. In addition, the environment is wonderful: in the middle of nature, surrounded by an immense pine forest ideal for hiking trails. If you're traveling with any children or pets, this place is perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything! :)

We had a great stay and Victoria was a perfect host. She looked after us well, the accommodation was excellent. The views were stunning, beautiful house and grounds. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

This place was everything and more The check in was amazing with their friend greeting us and showing us around. The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. The hosts were easily contactable. The apartment made the trip will book again.

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Despite initial difficulties to communicate, we were warmly welcomed and everything was shown exactly to us. Own parking space within the complex. Take the elevator to the 6th floor and down the hallway. Behind the solid wooden door, the small apartment with everything you need. Soap, toilet paper, spices and oil were even there. Enough towels for a week and a smart TV for Netflix and Co. in your own language. The bed was comfortable and big enough for two. We also only used the couch as such and not as a sleeping place. The balcony is closed and therefore more of a small extra room. Everything super clean and simple. The location was very good. We were able to walk to everything. In about 5-10 minutes you are on the beach and the promenade, in another 20 minutes even at the port of Xavia. Behind the residential complex is a park for a quick walk with the dog. We had a great time.

We had a great time at Pablo's house, very communicative, always attentive to every detail. The location is great, as you are a 5-minute walk from a fantastic beach, with hardly any people and with sailing activities, a very quiet area, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the Mistral bar on the way to the beach opens around 7, good coffee and nice people. If you want to go to Gandia, Dénia, Jávea, etc. it's a short drive. I recommend Pablo's house, especially if you are looking for tranquility, disconnection, beach and restaurants, a 10.
