Emilio fue encantador desde el primer intante, nos envió la información necesaria por mensaje, nos facilitó el poder entrar antes en la casa y el poder salir más tarde si no lonecitabamos. En todo tiempo muy amable y encantador. La fina de los naranjos es más hermosa que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Toda la obra donde nos hospedamos es nueva, con buenos acabados y electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Exelente gusto para la decoración. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es la cereza del pastel. Y por si fuese poco, nos ofrecieron comer toda la naranja que pudieramos comer, hay que decirlo, una naranja de primerísima calidad. Sin duda reperiré, salimos muy muy satisfechos con todo. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien située, offrant une vue sur la mer d’un côté et sur la montagne de l’autre. La piscine est très belle et la grande suite parentale très confortable. Un lieu parfait pour se détendre et profiter du calme.

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

Great stay, lovely place and easy to get into town. Lots of outdoor space. Easy parking. Would advise bringing your own beach/pool towels as only 2 towels provided. Thanks so much for a great trip!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

Repeat stay with Marta Y Roberto, apartment all in good order as expected, we like location as walk to town/beach/mountain also have car to travel out to other towns, we will visit again.

Volledig verrast door het mooie en ruime huis. Leuk zwembad en tuin. Volledig prive accomodatie. Garage om auto te parkeren, fijn want je kan feitelijk alles lopend doen, alles is op korte afstand, strand/zee boulevard met de diverse winkels en restaurants. Voor ons was het helemaal goed. Contact met Wendy ook, goed ontvangen en de rest evt via de app. Dus nogmaals helemaal goed.

Really enjoyed the stay in Maria Appartment. Great views from her balcony, close old town and local train stations. Maria was readily available when had a logistically prob near the end. Maria thanks for that. If you are going to Altea you won’t get much better than this.

Fantástica casa, actual, con todas las comodidades (con todo lo necesario y más), muy luminosa y super limpia. Estupendas vistas desde la maravillosa terraza donde puedes comer, disfrutar y relajarte mirando al mar. Segunda linea de playa pero zona súper tranquila y con todos los servicios al lado (supermercado, restaurantes, etc.). Aparcamiento en la puerta. Y no menos importante, trato super especial por parte de Merche, la propietaria, pendiente y en contacto en todo momento con los huéspedes, que agradecemos sus buenas recomendaciones y preocupación por hacernos la estancia más agradable. Sin duda, la mejor elección para tus vacaciones en Cullera.

Lovely apartment on a central location in the Rufaza neighbourhood. The city center was at 15 minutes walking distance. In the neighbourhood are many nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops so you don’t have to go far for your breakfast, coffee break or dinner. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bathroom and a really nice terrace with afternoon sun. The bed was big and comfortable. The kitchen was complete, although we didn’t use it besides to make some tea. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sofa/bed in the living room. That wasn’t very comfortable to sit on, even less to maybe sleep in. At best suitable for a child to sleep in. Overall I would definitely recommend staying in Kristin’s apartment!

La casa es tal cual se describe en el anuncio, hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantásticas. A pie de playa y la piscina en la puerta del jardín. urbanización muy tranquila para poder descansar. jose luis un anfitrión de 10. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama, muy cómodas. Recomendable. El apartamento es maravilloso lo que te permite tener una estancia excelente. Muy bien equipado, con unas terrazas maravillosas. Guillaume estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros, pronto a contestarnos y aclarándonos todas las dudas, además nos permitió incorporarnos antes de la hora al apartamento. Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! Wir möchten Ingrid von Herzen danken und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!😍

Un apartamento limpio y tranquilo. Plaza de garage comoda para un coche grande. El trato de Beatriz es muy amable y amistoso. Mi estancia fue agradable. Sin dudas recomendable.

Siamo stati in questo alloggio per assistere alle gare di nostra figlia al Met di Oliva e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L' alloggio si trova a 100 mt dal maneggio.🥰🥰🥰 Pulizia e ordine top!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.
