The bathroom is located opposite the kitchen and is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. The balcony is located on the southwest. You can park your car in the private car park on the complex. The apartment is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There are restaurants and shops 50 meters away.The fantastic "El Arenal" sandy beach is 100m away where you will also find a large boulevard. Here you can enjoy a day at the beach, a large number of various restaurants and entertainment venues.
