Apartment Arenal is a luxuriously furnished apartment consisting of a living room (with air conditioning) with adjoining spacious balcony (12m2), separate kitchen, hall, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Adjacent to the living room is the master bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is located opposite the kitchen and is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. The balcony is located on the southwest. You can park your car in the private car park on the complex. The apartment is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There are restaurants and shops 50 meters away.The fantastic "El Arenal" sandy beach is 100m away where you will also find a large boulevard. Here you can enjoy a day at the beach, a large number of various restaurants and entertainment venues. It is a beautiful beach, family-friendly and there are playground equipment for the children on the beach. Prefer a day at the pool? 250m away is Restaurant & Tennisclub Paris 24. Enjoy a drink and / or snack here and use the swimming pool for free. Many shops and supermarkets are also located nearby, so a car is not necessary for your stay.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
