We stayed as a family for a week in Nice and enjoyed the accommodation there very much. The amenities were great for us, a really well-equipped kitchen, a large and furnished terrace including a grill. 👍 Raphael always responded quickly and helpfully to our questions, came by himself twice and even provided us with the private table tennis table. 🏓 The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and so we were traveling exclusively by bus and train. We highly recommend this Raphael apartment! 👍💪👌 Super!

This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very good stay. Apartment located on the 1st floor of a Vençoise style house, which is its charm. Clean and very bright and tastefully decorated apartment. The accommodation has two terraces, with beautiful views of the mountains. The bedding is comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped. It felt good there. The parking space is appreciable. We were not disturbed by the neighbors. All done on foot, the historic city center is close, +/- 4 minutes, with its restaurants. The best part is the proximity to the Boulanger, the Super Marché, the Bio Store of La Pharmacie which are less than 2 minutes away, always without the car. Mrs. Widad is very responsive. The stairs didn't bother us to get the suitcases up. Check-in is solo, due to the key box and instructions from our Host. For sure we will return to Vence in this apartment.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Very friendly and attentive host, who travelled at night and in the rain because our GPS was having trouble guiding us. The cozy and very functional apartment, with double terrace overlooking the outside. Too bad we didn't have time to enjoy it more due to a short stay and planned activities.

We had a great stay in Antibes… location is good near the train station if you wish to visit other towns on the coast. Walkable to the old town with lots of cafes and restaurants. The balcony is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it is nice to be able to open the French doors. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit is located up two flights of stairs but the elevator does not start on the ground floor, so you will have to carry it up a flight at least. Mahlia was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and was very friendly and available. Definitely recommend this spot!

Thanks to Christiane and René for their very warm hosting and availability. I had a great time in the well-appointed studio, unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll come back sometime!

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Laurie is very attentive and caring. We had rain 2 days in a row and she spoiled us with organic breakfast and trip to Eze. The home is beautifully decorated with adorable views from the terrace. Located away from the city center on a hill but good bus connections. One more big thank you to Laurie❤️

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

Impeccable accommodation, with attention to detail and very clean. Equipped with everything, like being at home. Convenient location for public transport, in 12 minutes to Cannes on the Croisette. Nicole and Vale are kind and helpful people for any questions. Highly recommended

March 2025, everything went well, the studio is functional, the large terrace is a perfect space to accommodate my Labrador accustomed to his large garden. I thank Cyril for his kindness, he is an excellent host!

Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. The view is truly phenomenal. You won't get tired of it! Also wonderful to enjoy aperitifs on the very large terrace. All was well and sparkling clean. Very spacious apartment with spacious bedrooms, bathroom and spacious kitchen with all appliances. Highly recommended. A small downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but good 4/5G reception.

A breathtaking view with a beautiful beach right at your doorstep! It is centrally located, with many grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants around. The train station is within a 10-minute walk. The place is well furnished, the kitchen has everything you may need, and the gated parking garage is also included. Frederick is super friendly, very responsive, and arrived on time to personally greet us. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!
