Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Plage du Midi

Initially, the communication between the Villa and myself wasn't the best and I don't know if it is because I'm in NYC and they are in Cannes because once there, they were always reachable and helpful. This rental is more like a BNB - breakfast every morning and onsite. I needed things printed and they were there. AND on demand car service...in a Bentley (if he wasn't taking another Airbnber somewhere). For Cannes, it was a bit further to walk than I'd want BUT if I was not there for Cannes, it is perfect and honestly, it's not far at all. I really enjoyed my stay and I genuinely appreciated Elisabeth and Richard, they were great hosts. I always felt safe at the apt and enjoyed my time there. And when any emergency came up, Elisabeth would assist and I appreciated her going above and beyond. Highly recommend Villa Alexandra.

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Yvan and Peter’s place. It is an ultra peaceful and quiet escape. It’s located high above Nice and offers beautiful views of the Med. The nearest grocery store is about four miles away, Hypermarché Auchan in La Trinité, and it is massive. Just two blocks from the market is a terrific Italian restaurant, Accossato, with some of the best pizza you’ll ever find. This place is a great location for exploring this part of Provence. While driving up to the house, don’t be intimidated by the hairpin turns and switchbacks. Just drive slowly. The kitchen was well appointed and the water pressure is terrific. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, but that is a nice feature. Internet speed was impressive, allowing us to get a lot of business done on our working holiday. Yvan & Peter are gracious hosts. Be sure to study all the photos & instructions they send you. The remote for the gate is on the keychain they leave in the house. Perfect stay Merci

The accommodation was exactly as described and they adhered to my special request for strong perfume smells to be avoided and it was very much appreciated. I would return without hesitation and I recommend it for a single person or couple because it's small but very functional.

This was our second time at Benoit’s place and it was great again! Love the terrace with a view. This time we even got to watch seagull chicks on the adjacent rooftop. Close walk to Nice-Ville train station and tram. Market, bakery, restaurants & shops also within walking distance. The artistic chocolate shop a few blocks away is a must see. Benoit is prompt to respond and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed 4 nights in April with a baby and had a cot and high chair provided. Location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, about 20 mins to the beach. The only minor negative was no automatic self check-in instructions so we had to message the host and wait for her response to enter.

The place was at a great spot in down town Nice. It was right on one of the main streets, but the room itself you couldn’t hear any of the noises from outside. Place was also five minutes walk from the main train station and about a 15 minute walk from all the beaches in Nice so it was perfect.

A perfect overnight stop for us. Cosy and homely with all the amenities we could need: washing machine, microwave, fridge, stovetop. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox, but Irina was responsive right away to help us. Very convenient location with supermarket one minute away and train station less than ten minute walk.

Didier's studio is quietly located and offers a beautiful view of the water. The space is very comfortable and very well maintained. Didier and the concierge Guy were very communicative, helpful and always responded quickly. Everything was explained correctly and clearly. The perfect studio for a stay from the center of Cannes, with a beautiful view of the bay. Price-quality very correct. I'll be back.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous location!!! Place is actually better that what the published pictures show. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The private resort its beautiful, lots of nature and with plenty of activities. Loved the pool, the beach and the beautiful Cote d’ Azur region.

Great stay! Great location in walkable distance to the train station. Nathalie was very quick to respond to any messages and very help helpful during our stay.

Could not say enough good things about the apartment and the host. Solange is friendly, hospitable and has excellent communication. She showed me around the apartment and the grounds and allowed me to store my bags before check in and after check out. The apartment is a nice studio that doesn’t feel cramped. The pool is right next to the ocean so you can hear it while you relax but is private and not very busy. It’s the perfect place to stay. There is a grocery store right across the street as well, and an easy walk from the train station. I cannot wait to come back!

Perfect home and location! We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s place. It was easy to find, clean, very spacious (across multiple floors), and an authentic style. Great value for the price. Location is very ideal and 10 mins walk from beach and train station and 3 mins walk to several restaurants and supermarket. Anna gave several recommendations which helped us navigate Antibes our first day and was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen is well suited to cook which was nice to have some meals in. Highly recommend staying at Anna’s in Antibes - found this town more quaint and enjoyable than Nice and Cannes, while still very lively with many restaurants, shops, and good bars for the evening (and still a short train away to visit other towns). As others mentioned, for awareness only to those with mobility issues there are several steps as it is a 5 floor home but it was not an issue for our group, and rather enjoyable to have so much space!

We had a lovely stay at Johanna's. The house is superb. there is nothing lacking. The pool is very nice. Johanna was very responsive to a little extra bed issue. The issue was quickly resolved thanks to the kindness of her neighbors as well. Thanks to them.

Great value for money. For a couple, this studio is perfect, we were able to enjoy the terrace for an aperitif. Access to a washing machine was very useful. Everything was perfect, both the hospitality and the accommodation. Thanks

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !
