Beautiful home with a great location! We stayed with our toddler for a few nights and had everything we could have needed. We loved being walking distance to shops and restaurants, access to included parking and toys in the home.

Many thanks to both of you for allowing us to stay during such a hectic time. It was nearly perfect - all I would recommend is a new mattress for the sofa-bed (my back felt it). But otherwise, a great stay in Cannes and I would recommend it.

Great place in Cannes with a beautiful little balcony to enjoy the sun. The check in was easy and Lucile was helpful and responsive. Would recommend the place.

very nice and clean accommodation, the location was very convenient, the center can be reached on foot. We also had indoor parking available. The hosts were very helpful, we are very satisfied.

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

What an amazing stay with Pascale & Franck! The place is super child friendly with lots of toys and games and the flat is really private with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you could need and Pascale even left us a few little treats in the fridge on arrival. There is a little bakery 5mins walk from the door and there is a big Carrefore about 5mins drive away so really convenient. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Mougins etc are all really accessible too.

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Erika & Gio not only have an incredible place exactly as described, but are great hosts. They offer great recommendations and are friendly and welcoming. Their AirBnB is perfectly located in Antibes and a great place for a relaxing stay and centrally located to explore the coasts. We will be staying here again if we come back to Antibes and can’t recommend it enough.

We spent a really nice vacation there. The domain is very quietly located, with a lot of comfort. The owners are very discreet but present and very helpful if you have any questions. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the region, and yet enjoy the tranquility.

We had a wonderful stay with our 20 month old during the last week of May. The location was beautiful and quiet and we walked to St Paul de Vence many times in the late afternoon. The weather was perfect and we all took dips in the pool daily. Our favorite recommendation, however, was nearby Tourettes-sur-loup. There were hardly any tourists and the streets were beautiful and quiet. When we continued our vacation in Cannes, we missed our cozy little space here.

Claire's place was lovely and as described. The location was very convenient to the Cannes Film Festival. Claire was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

One of the best experience I had till now. Corinne was a great host who made sure that we do not have any problem accessing her very beautiful and highly advanced interiors at her apartment. She made sure that we do not have any trouble during our stay. There was an instance that induction of the kitchen gave an error while we were cooking breakfast. Corinne immediately came up to rescue , considering our time and opened her daughter's apartment to continue cooking. She also spend some good time with us and shared lots of details on what is worth visiting and all her recommendations were mind blowing and unique. we thoroughly enjoyed staying and vacationing from her recommendations. We had originally booked for 2 nights only but after seeing her house, location and courtsey we extended for 1 more night. Very well done Corrine. I have my highest recommendations. We will definitely come back to this apartment. regards

Exemplary hosts, Many thanks to Flo and Estelle for the clear and precise instructions and their friendly welcome. The apartment is well-equipped, access is private and secure, Flo's tourist guide is very helpful. Underground garage, swimming pool, paddle board, location facing the sea are notable advantages. Great place to stay in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You are 2 minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful hostess.

My stay with Noelia was sensational! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and nice. Noelia was very caring and attentive to us, she was always attentive to our needs and helped us with everything. I'd go back to his place a thousand times. I loved meeting her and our experience at her house was just perfect! Thank you!!! ❤️

Pleasant accommodation, very clean and perfectly maintained. We particularly appreciated the private parking space with closed box: a real plus! Our BMW iX1 enters it without a problem, as long as you are comfortable with the maneuvers. Another significant advantage: the charging station located at the foot of the building, very convenient for electric vehicles, even if the area is already well equipped with terminals. On the amenities side, everything is nearby: a tapas restaurant open at noon, another in the evening, as well as a small U supermarket ideal for side shopping. Note: Street parking is in the blue zone, so limited. Finally, the balcony overlooks a small road leading to the listing and currently faces a building under construction, which can slightly impact tranquility depending on the time of day. That said, this does not call into question the overall quality of the stay.
